Best bank in Crofton, Maryland (MD) 2024

Really poor costumer service i whent to that bank to cash a check from my job and the place was really dark no light there was only one lady there and she had a bad mannered she never said hi and she keep questioning me where i got that check and i felt like i had to convince her when i had every document she needed just a really poor costumer service like if she hated her job ill never go back to that wells fargo ~Melqui

Deserving of zero stars. Had the worst banking experience of my entire life at this branch this morning. Staff was rude and unapologetically incompetent. Dare I say they went out of their way to be unhelpful. This was after I had visited the Ballston Bank of America branch, which was similarly incapable of completing the simple transaction. I will never do business with this bank if I can help it. ~Rob
