First time ever using Jiffy Lube! Vehicle ntrance was in the rear and the office entrance is on the front - was confusing (to me) as I didn't see any signs directing one to the office. However, staff was very friendly and helpful, along with discussing your needs and their recommendations (based on computer analysis). Based on current economics and inflation, prices were reasonable! Service was quick and efficient - I was satisfied! I might very well return!

Just the food was not that great wow, I had stewed chicken and it was dry, I was shocked. The lady taking my order was super duper nice tho and patient. The juices were good but I would not go back plus I spent a great deal of money too smh

I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service of Mack (or Max). My experience with jiffy lube has been mostly good but there was a time they broke my key and didn't tell me and another time they took out my cabin air filter and never replaced it. So when I came for my next tune up, they informed me I didn't have an air filter which is odd because they're the only ones that touch it. I learned to do them myself now. I usually only go for oil changes. I went this time for a tune up and brakes ($770, approx). My car was idling rough and a diagnostic test determined I needed spark plugs, cylinders, and my 3rd fuel injector was misfiring, amongst other things. But I was told the tune up would more than likely take care of the rough idling issue. Their tune ups do not include coils, just spark plugs which is something I've never heard of. So after my tune up was done, it was still idling rough and that's when I was told my tune up didn't include the cylinders. I was initially told an additional $169.99 for the cylinders to be replaced. When they finished, my total came to over $400! After complaining about the initial total I was told, the price was brought down to about $270 which is still crazy high for JUST the 6 cylinders. And my issue still wasn't fixed. I drove off with the check engine light still on and went to AutoZone where I was told the fuel injectors was the main culprit of my rough idling so the tune up wouldn't have helped much. Not to mention, when I looked under the hood, one of my caps to the engine was not replaced and my mechanic found it randomly sitting inside my engine. This is the third incident with jiffy lube and I definitely won't be back. You'd be better off getting one of the guys in the Advance Auto Parts parking lot to work on your car for a better and cheaper job. Services: Brakes, Oil change

Had a flat tire (nail) and asked for a plug. The guy said I needed a while new tire bc it was down to the rim😑. So I drove off, down the street, on my flat "down to the rim" ture to Pep boys where my tire is under warranty and paid $14 for a (pause for dramatic effects) PLUG! Why didn't you just go to Pep Boys at first you ask? Because I didn't want to wait. I wanted to be in-and-out so ipted to JL. Never again bums.

I have already written a review for this place but I can't express enough how much I love this place I don't take my car anywhere else everytime I come the wait time gets shorter the prices are reasonable and I absolutely love the staff..

Normally I have a good experience at this location. Oil change was done fine. Had injectors cleaned too I guess. When I left and went to store next door I just happened to look at window which were still dirty and inside had not be vacuumed and cap was missing off my front tire from when they checked pressure. I know these are small issues but it's a service that they offer and I expect to have it done. I looked at receipt and these items were checked off as done. I went back and talked to guy behind counter and told him and he said that was the mgr that did your car so he drove it around to get done. The guy who work on car looked at me while the young lady did those 2 things. He never apologized in fact didn't say 1 word to me nor did the young lady apologize. She just said have a nice day. By the way I found the valve cap on the ground where he checked tire. Would have given 5 stars had these services been done like the receipt says. It maybe petty but I spend over $200 and I expect the services that I supposed to get.
