Not all the machines not working properly it doesn't put soap on the car and the dryers are lazy they half wipe the car off nor the wheels just the tires. Service: Auto detailing

This car wash cleans your car without leaving scratches from the attachments. The $15 option cares for the undercarriage, tires, glass cleaner, wax, and so forth. Whole package. I also liked the towel drying done by the two assistants when exiting. Look at how polished my car is ;)

i’d rather leave ZERO stars. HORRIBLE! save your money and go somewhere else! not only is it NOT a full service car wash, the signage is incredibly confusing and you will be refused service if you don’t know you have to pay the cashier before you pull into the line. the customer service was AWFUL! they need to shut down.

I stopped going to Andy’s about a year ago because of the hassle of getting a carwash that justified their prices. Today (7/10/18), I gave them another try and another $22 for the ‘deluxe ‘ wash. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I had to go behind the gentleman with the vacuum to make certain he moved the seats and removed my mats. And once the sun hit my front and back windows, all the streaks appeared. It saddens me that I’ll have to continue to go out of my way to avoid this business.

Neverrrrrr again. Went here today 12/22...paid $22 for the “super” wash and it was the most mediocre car wash I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it was because they were super busy but I would’ve been better off washing my own car. I was so disappointed in the work that I went to the store afterward and bought items in order to go over what they did. Like I said before I’m not sure if it was because they were busy but I’m sure not giving them a second chance at taking my money and doing shabby work. Neverrrrrr again. I wish I could add photos but it won’t let me.

Love this place! Car comes out looking like the dealer cleaned it. It is amazing how spotless my carpert and interior is when they are done. Only request is that they need to hire more staff for Fridays and Saturdays.

sorry but for 22 dollars I expect that my car will be clean. It was confusion from the beginning, you do not know where to go, which lane. have to get out and pay before cleaning starts. DUMB, won't be back!!! I had to rewash my car the next day.

All my stars are for the ladies who cleaned the inside of my car. They did a great job. The people who pretended to dry my car off after the wash basically just made motions of drying at my car until I gave them a tip and then they said I was good to go. They left streaks all over my car. I may as well have gone to a fully auto carwash and saved myself some money.

Great experience! I drive Uber and got a deal for 75 bucks ALL THE TOP-SHELF WASHES I NEED FOR 31 DAYS! The closest place that gives such a deal is in Arlington and Silver Spring.
