Honestly the worst pharmacy ive ever been in. Its always understaffed, which makes white times long, prescriptions arent filled on time and customers get annoyed and agitated. Its been like this for many years so its obvious walgreens corporate does not care whatsoever, which is pretty standard of corporations when it comes to Clinton.

This store should have zero stars. They don’t answer for the doctors office nor the patients trying to get medication. They keep tossing the calls back to the recording. Tricare should shame for subjecting military families to such horrible service. I held on 50 minutes just to have them hang the call up.

This is the worse managed place in PG County. Don't go there for your medication. They are slow under staffed and don't have any customer service skill. The management should be ashamed.

Being put on HOLD is not customer service. Called to fill a prescription at this pharmacy and was waiting for 1 hour and 45 min, no one ever picked up the phone just kept putting me on hold again and again, this is totally unacceptable, the worst customer service I’ve experience in over 20 years dealing with Walgreens. Please change employee that are totally indifferent to their customers needs.

I wish I could give them a 0 star but this place is the worst ever. I called another Walgreens and a person at that store told me they worked there for a day and would never again. Stated that is is the worst store they ever worked at. So they understood my issues with this store. I called as they requested was on hold for over an hour 3 times. I decided to drive up there while on hold. Walked up on hold for them never to pick up. All. while watching them ignore the phones ringing I even tired several times to contact a pharmacy manager to no avail . They have my script and it is hell to get it transferred.

This place is the pits. My Doctor called my medicine in on a Monday I didn't get the medication filled until Thursday. I'm not for sure who the store manager is but whoever you are you need to train your staff better. And also. For the work load you need more than one pharmacist. Come on people get with it! You don't go through this in the Caucasian neighborhood. Negative.

The store is fine, same as the others. Name brands, availability & prices. The pharmacy is the worst! If you call you'll stay on the phone listening to "you are the third caller in line" for 20 minutes and then the phone just hangs up or you will stay on the line waiting and hearing "you are the third caller in line" and then you'll hear someone pick it up and hang it up. Sometimes you'll get a text message saying your prescription is ready and when you get there and stand in line for 30 minutes they tell you it's not ready. If you need a class three tier prescription be aware that they order from the same company as all of the other pharmacies in this area, and they're not given all that they need so you may not be able to get your prescription (opiates) filled for days. Also they only get their stock once a week on a Thursday and say you need your medicine on a Sunday you can see how long you may have to wait. If you make an appointment for a covid shot when you go you have to stand in prescription line to sign in. After that long wait you will sit for an hour along with 20 other people and not one person has gotten their shot.. This pharmacy is horrendous and it really should be shut down. I have moved all of my scripts out of there and the only reason I was there is because they were the only one in the area that was able to get a particular medicine I needed. I highly recommend anywhere except the Walgreens on Woody Terrace.

They are always friendly and seem to do the best they can. In all of my years dealing with the pharmacy they have always been courteous and tried to help. There is always a wait, but that is to be understood considering the mass amounts of people they are serving. I will continue to use them as they are the friendliest and most reliable option close to me

This Walgreens Pharmacy Clinton, MD on Woodyard Road already has such a low reviews. So It's not likely that Walgreens Corporation will be to concern with my comments regarding this location. So I have very little expectation that my review help change anything. So simply put, this is by far the worst experience I have had with any organization. Pharmacy employees don't appear to have the knowledge, skills, abilities and understanding to provide customers with answers they need regarding their medications and other issues with getting prescriptions filled. The automated call system suggest that medication are ready for pickup and after subjecting customers to long lines and wait times to pick up medications, then they tell your medications are not ready. This is frustrating and a waste time. I would advise other customers to find another Pharmacy.

Prescriptions are never ready when the pharmacy tech says they will be and we almost always have to call and remind them to fill the prescription before we drive over, even though we dropped it off days before (if we're actually lucky enough to get through to someone on the phone). Otherwise they wait until you are already at the counter just to tell you it will be ready in an hour...Even though it was supposed to be ready yesterday. Sometimes they do this fun thing where they send you a text to tell you it's ready but when you get there act like they don't know what you're talking about because it's not ready at all. The only reason we continue to go here is because for some reason it's the only pharmacy in the area that carries my husband's medication, otherwise you would never catch me here. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because some of the staff is really nice and do seem to try their best sometimes, they just have an overall bad system and probably bad management.
