Ive enjoyed this location alot..Its always spotless including restrooms..machines are always working ...unlike laurel location guests actually exercise the way they should instead of talking on phone I watch people sit and watch videos ..take 30 minutes on 1 machine in circuit...use free weights t machine .only use machine as a chair to rest ...so its been nice to go to a location thats ran well...

The bathroom was utterly disgusting. Dirty underwear on the floor, a rancid odor, bottles in stalls!!! A hot stinking mess!! I told the person working at the desk and he merely looked me in the face and said “ok.” I observed him enter the bathroom several times throughout the few hours I was there, so I know that he knows. That is a shame. I didn’t get his name as of yet but overnight Friday night staff member. At least as an employee show concern and/or pick it up or slide it into a bag or something.

There is a young gentleman there of Asian or Spanish decent that continues to disrespect me everytime I come there. Any time I ask him a question or for help he acts like he can’t hear me and then gets an attitude. I understand he wants to hang out with his female coworkers as much as he can because he’s an incel but he needs to understand that when he’s at work he needs to work. Next time this happens I’m calling corporate.

Ali also took the time to answer any question that I had and even escorting me to the items that I questioned. The facility was very clean and the bathroom shower had hot water. Michelle was super helpful and friendly. Glad I ventured in for a morning workout.

I went to several Planet Fitness after that and I have to say that I always dreaded going. BUT THIS ONE.....BAY-BE..... THEY ARE CLEAN, everything from the bathrooms to the machines I have seen them wipe down and the staff is helpful. Not to mention they are very spacious. When you work out you don't feel like there is someone in your space. That is a big plus for me Cleanliness and space.
