Low key, wide range of hours, pleasantly diverse clientele by age and income, machines are clean, in good repair, and almost always available. Only complaint is the place is too dark - needs better lighting.

I’m a Black card member and though my account is active your scanners wouldn’t take my scan or info for the tanning rooms. That’s the only reason I came today. Very frustrating bc I walked.

I definitely love this gym very clean , staff are always pleasant and helpful. I gave 3 stars only because I’ve been with them for 3 months and they haven’t hired a trainer yet which sucks because that’s the reason Why I chose them which is my home gym. I don’t want drive to another location when I live in walking distance to see a trainer.

Yes I would recommend Planet Fitness Inner Harbor. It is a great value for one! I walk to it from my house. People at the front desk greet me when I walk in. Check in with the PF app is convenient. The gym is clean. The members do their thing and respect others. There are affirming messages on the walls of the gym. There are some great windows to look out that allow light in. It's a cool place.

Several days during the week the facility opened late as patrons wait 10 or minutes, especially during the weekend. We guess 7a means 7:15 or later.. Eventhough, guest supposed to return items used it is evident this policy is not enforced. There is constant equipment and mat chaos even on Mondays. It appears the staff neglect the basic housekeeping principles. Broken equipment still remain unusable for months or inserted back on the floor disregarding the risk of patron injuries. Hopefully newer Ab, benches and chest equipment will arrive soon.

This is my favorite location of PF in Baltimore...and I've been to many! I always try to match my workout timings with this location...which is usually not possible on weekends since they close at 7pm Saturdays and Sundays. I wish they were open a little late those days too because they've the most well maintained equipment, cleanest environment and the best staff !
