Would be zero stars if i could put down. DO NOT Trust these people. Was lied to from the very beginning to get us to upgrade phones, was told bill would be lower, 300 dollars per line free accessories and 500 credit on phones, non of which was true. Raised my bill over 200 dollars and been fighting with ATT since October to fix my jacked up phone plan. Go to Lexington to a corporate place!!

Sky was so friendly, nice, patient and helpful answering all my questions. It's been over 6 years since my last phone and I'm not tech savvy at all. A big thanks to Sky and Levi for making this a great experience!

Had to go to att because they decided to shutoff my daughters phone because of this 5G upgrade that they said would take place feb 2022. My daughter is 600 miles away with no phone now. The store couldn’t help us but in the process they changed our account without saying anything and increased our bill $150/ month. Had to spend 2 hrs on att help line to get it straightened out. Then we had to add our daughter as an authorized user so she could go to the att store and get her phone reactivated. Then we got an email from att saying our bill increased $250/ month. After spending another hour on att help line that is finally straightened out. Who ever is in charge of this 5G rollout and decided it was ok to shut peoples phones off 6months before they said it was happening should be fired.
