Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, awesome environment. We bring the kids along to watch the workouts and never worry about them there.

I was so reluctant to even try CrossFit, even with my daughter being a coach at FREDERICK CrossFit. However about three months ago I decided to try it, and I love it! The team of coaches including my daughter are amazing, supportive, helpful, encouraging, and very knowledgeable about CrossFit, and how it fits you! I encourage you to check out CrossFit FREDERICK if you’re looking to continue or start a fitness journey to better energy and to just feel great!!

I am so glad that I decided to join CrossFit Frederick five months ago. CFF is a great gym and everyone is extremely welcoming. They accommodate every person no matter what your fitness level is, and the workouts are all easily scaled to fit each member’s individual needs. The entire coaching staff is great, and always there to not only help me with my technique but also provide plenty of encouragement. The members are very friendly and there’s absolutely no judging of anyone. I’m looking forward to where my fitness journey takes me and I’m confident that CFF will be there to help and support me along the way. Thanks to the whole CFF team!!!

I wished I lived in Frederick so I could join full-time. Was in town for about a week and half for work and spent a fair amount of free time there. The coaches are great, members are welcoming, and the equipment is incredible. The owner, Paul, has put together one of the best crossfit operations I've ever been to (and that is a lot). I'll be back soon I hope.

This gym is truly amazing. I have a lot of physical limitations and the coaches tailor every workout to my needs. I am in the best shape of my life at 50+. They really do cater to all ability levels.

Enjoy every single moment I am able to workout, even through the hard workouts of the day. Coaches are always encouraging you and making sure you are doing the movements correctly. This is a place for all skill levels and workouts are easily modified and scaled to the level of your fitness journey. Family and friendly environment is what makes it even more fun. We encourage and push each other until we are all done, no one gets left behind.

CrossFit Frederick is everything you hope to find in a CrossFit box. At first I was a little hesitant when I didn't see any racks for squats on the rig but they have squat racks available and absolutely everything needed to make the perfect workout. The facility is huge and leaves plenty of room for a very big class but the coaches take equally as much time with every single member especially visitors. The drop in deal is amazing and I left with a wonderful T shirt as a token of my hard work. The owners also are astoundingly nice, very hands on and take every measure to make sure you enjoy your visit and become part of the family =] If I lived in Frederick this box would be probably be my go to but absolutely love dropping into this box ESPECIALLY for holiday workouts. Get ready for those WOD's, you'll never forget them =]

I really miss this place! I found Crossfit Frederick while working briefly in MD. This is an amazing box. Amanda and Dave are extremely knowledgeable. I loved the fact we warmed up, and did mobility up as a group before they taught everyone the proper movements for the days workout. This was instrumental in preventing injuries. It was also extremely clean!! I returned back to TX and have yet to find a box as good as this one. I would highly recommend them.

Never a dull workout! Coach Dave and Amanda always take the time to explain every movement, and they really get to know their members. There are scaled and advanced movements so everyone gets the WOD they can handle - yet still challenging. There is also great camaraderie with the members which is just another reason to want to go to the box!
