Well the work looks good. There does seem to be some excessive nose from the door which we need to look in to. Customer service was good, except notifications. Problems with supply chain, thanks government, but I want notified until I called which kinda sucked. Work was good, but wasn't kept "in the loop".... If need again I'll probably return because they didn't seem to mess me over like another body shop in Jasper did.... Good work and loved the receptionist! She was great and friendly.

My mom came here because insurance couldn't find her a car in Lufkin. They put the wrong sunroof in, broke the necklaces she had hanging from her mirror, and broke the mirror so it flops down when she hits a bump in the road. If you want a place that knows what they're doing, then go to S&W in Lufkin, TX.

They do good work in a timely manner for the work they have. There were a couple of adjustments that needed to be done after their regular work was done. They were very courteous and helpful & took care of everything. This is not the first time I've used this business, so I knew they would do the job right.

Insurance paid $15,000 and they couldn't fix my car right the first time. Then Bubba said he didn't know anything was wrong when it left the shop. Oh...and he wanted me to pay for the repairs that they f**ked up. Still dont have everything fixed. If you want your stuff fixes right take it to Precision auto in Lufkin. You will be way better off than taking it to this bulls**t of a place.

Brought my vehicle in for a door adjustment after the wind caught and overextended the hinge causing the door to rub the front fender. They fixed within minutes in the parking lot and sent me on my way. Good and friendly service.
