This review speaks more specifically about the store sales manager Sarah. If I could give 0 stars, I would rate her communication and management skills with that number. If you want to be treated professionally and with respect while receiving semi- decent customer service (good service is out of the question, she neither understands nor cares to understand) then steer clear of this location as long as she remains employed there dealing with the general public. Had to cancel my agreement and leave without getting the mattresses I ordered due to her gross misconduct. Filed a formal complaint to regional management and will wait for a response to see if Aarons as a company values their customers more then she does which is to say not much at all.

I would highly recommend this company. He pressure washed my house and done a GREAT job. He is a very nice man and very honest. I say honest because, I requested my roof to be cleaned and he told me it really didn't need cleaning at this point. I appreciated his service and will use him again for other needs. Thank you, Mr. Aaron. This was meant for Aaron's Curb Appeal Pressure Washing, not the store. I couldn't delete the post.

After overcharging me a few months back I had to fight to get refunded. Now I'm receiving letters in the mail stating I am behind on payments. I have never missed.
