There were 2 vehicles ahead of me but they moved quickly and the wait was minimal. The techs communicated clearly with me. They asked minimal questions and did only what I asked. They made suggestions but didn't pressure me. The only thing I didn't like was that the sign in sheet had at least 9 customers from ahead of me. Their names addresses email and phone number. I'm from the Houston area and Jasper is a small town but this practice makes me nervous. Anyone can take a photo of that page. You need to stop this practice. Service: Oil change

Very friendly and helpful service! They even showed me how to get the cabin filter out and the glove box back together peoperly. This way I could change it myself, which saved me a bit of money. It was super easy to do as well!

The guys were fantastic and quick. My only complaint is when they get done they do not wipe the grease off of the side of my truck and off the front bumper, other than that they are great. Service: Oil change

Went foran oil change left with problems. You could hear the man stripping everything under my car. Verdict they said u have a bad leak and now my skid plate is all tore up. They didn't want to be responsible they tried to blame it on the previous person that changed my oil guess what it was them. Service: Oil change
