They refused to fill one of my prescriptions bc it is a controlled substance, even though they had filled it before at least a half dozen times!! The pharmacist (Artin) was very rude to me and treated me like I am a dopehead bc I needed my medication! The reason for not filling it was that my doctor is a Telehealth doctor and he acted like he’s basically not a real doctor!! He said they have a policy that if the doctor is not within a one hour radius of the pharmacy that they do not fill prescriptions from doctors outside of that radius. I had four other prescriptions from the same doctor and they were willing to fill those four but not my medication to keep me from having seizures. I honestly felt like he was lying to me because of the fact that he was willing to fill the other prescriptions just not this one! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER use them again!!! I am also going to report this to whatever agency is over pharmacies in the state of Texas because this is complete discrimination! I highly advise not to use this pharmacy! ~April

Very friendly and helpful service! They even showed me how to get the cabin filter out and the glove box back together peoperly. This way I could change it myself, which saved me a bit of money. It was super easy to do as well! ~Laurel

I have not rented from this location, but I have heard the inside dealings of this place. I’ve witnessed many people being utterly rude to the staff all because they can’t have their way exactly when they want it. I’ve heard the disrespect thrown towards the staff all because some customers can’t fully read or don’t bother to call the numbers provided to them to handle their business. I’ve read reviews from people that are whining like children because they didn’t follow Rental Rules that they agreed to. People, if you don’t follow the rules that are plainly laid out in your contract, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Don’t act surprised when you bring the vehicle back and it’s filthy and you get charged for detailing. Have some respect for the situation and the business. You wouldn’t like it if someone borrowed your car and brought it back filthy or empty on gas. Grow up. Stop being petty. And for the love of God, get over yourself. ~Lissa

Black haired pharmacist is AWFUL, needs to learn customer service and how she should talk to people. Doesn’t want to actually help anyone fix a problem and messed up our scripts. She has a hateful personality and in my opinion needs to explore other job opportunities ~Wendi

Well the work looks good. There does seem to be some excessive nose from the door which we need to look in to. Customer service was good, except notifications. Problems with supply chain, thanks government, but I want notified until I called which kinda sucked. Work was good, but wasn't kept "in the loop".... If need again I'll probably return because they didn't seem to mess me over like another body shop in Jasper did.... Good work and loved the receptionist! She was great and friendly. ~John

Lakeway is a great local business. We appreciate their honesty and integrity. Whether you need tires, an oil change or an inspection, they are fast and thorough. We have had brakes done, tires replaced or installed, oil changed and more done here. The guys are always friendly and helpful which says a lot. I also like that when you come in for service, most of the customers will sit and visit like old times. It doesn't matter if you never saw them before or never see them again. There is something to be said for being able to converse with a perfect stranger. You realize that there are regular people still out there. ~MM

Can't get them to work on my caterpillar, but they do have supplies I need. This time I needed a hydraulic hose, they knocked it in about 20 minutes and I was out the door. And price was good. ~John

The go to place for late night snacks when we're out and about doing service calls, or whatever... usually the service is fast and convenient. It's the only store open 24/7 in our town so it's definitely a valued service they provide. Although because of this their prices tend to get a bit out of hand on some items... but overall they do well. ~Marie
