Sales associate Joy H. Was such a wonderful help in my time of need. She went beyond the extra mile helping get a lift chair for my uncle that I am having to put in a nursing home. This is a very difficult time for me and she made everything as smooth as possible from sending photos of the chair. And even letting me in the store early to assist me in all the process knowing I was on a time crunch so that the chair could be delivered the same day.
