We are here temporarily from South Korea (military wife) and I reserved a car days ago for pickup tomorrow morning and was called today telling me that they have no vehicles available and that I will be put on a call list with 8 others ahead of me when something comes available. This is very frustrating as we are only in the states for a short time and need to get from Louisiana to Oklahoma (my vehicles here is currently in the shop) asap, my mother is very sick and not doing well and I was hoping to see her before we have to go back home to South Korea (this could be the last time I have a chance to see her before she passes). I really don't understand how a reservation can be made when they obviously have nothing available, someone please explain this to me! I definitely would not have gone this route had I know it was going to be this way. The next closest Enterprise is in Texas and because I have a Louisiana drivers License and not Texas they apparently cannot rent to me, this is just CRAZY!!! I would love for someone in the corporate office to reach out to me and rectify this situation please.

I’ve witnessed many people being utterly rude to the staff all because they can’t have their way exactly when they want it. I’ve heard the disrespect thrown towards the staff all because some customers can’t fully read or don’t bother to call the numbers provided to them to handle their business. I’ve read reviews from people that are whining like children because they didn’t follow Rental Rules that they agreed to. People, if you don’t follow the rules that are plainly laid out in your contract, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Don’t act surprised when you bring the vehicle back and it’s filthy and you get charged for detailing. Have some respect for the situation and the business. You wouldn’t like it if someone borrowed your car and brought it back filthy or empty on gas. Grow up. Stop being petty. And for the love of God, get over yourself.

Now i reserved a car on a specific date for specific reasons. This cost me by having to pay a cancellation fee at the hotel i had booked as well.. I also had to cancel my appointment at the last moment and will now have to reschedule and wait months and god knows how high gas may be then. I dont know why the jasper office is so out of sync with the app or company but she did not even refer me to another branch or offer a discount for the inconvenience and time and money this has cost me.

So rude charged 150 to vacuum the passenger side floor and not like we rented for pleasure and they couldn't even send a email correctly

First I don’t know why google has another name. My names is not Lisa it’s Tina second. I called enterprise to see if they have availability and was told no. Not even an hour later I made a reservation and the lady called me and said they have availabilities but I need to verify my address in order to use a debit card. (So I was lies to) I called the number she provided me to verify my address and no answer. Called 13 more times with no answer, even left messages and no call backs. (Yes they were open) my car goes in the shop and now I can’t get a rental car to take my kids to and from school as this car was my only liable transportation. What if there was an emergency with one of my kids! Ambulance is to slow to get where we are located. I even offered to pay cash as I do not own a credit card and try to stay away from that. You figure using a debit card is a lot easier than any other means of payment. At least they still get their money! If you are someone low on funds or low income I would not recommend them because apparently you have to be rich or in debt with a credit card company.

I only need the car for 2 days, not 4 days. I was going to leave a whole story about what I'm going through. But I don't care anymore. Take your 2 stars and choke on em.
