I went here to get an oil change a month back, I waited in line for almost an hour, and when it was my turn they had trouble taking a bolt off under my car. They said that a bolt is stripped and couldn't get it off, that they'd have to chisle it out. I said no way and went to my dealership. They did the change and said that there was zero issues with the bolts under the car. Very poor and disappointing service. Service: Oil change

He also will not give name of his or boss's phone number. Have video proof of damage. Mechanic said he would testify. No other choice but to lawyer up!! This happened Thursday jeep was towed to mechanic on Friday. Give absolutely no stars!! Going thru this is absolutely ridiculous!!

I was having a terrible day and without getting into too much detail, he was able to calm me down, and made sure I was safe and secure before I left his business. They have always provided excellent service, but today they were my guardian angel. Service: Oil change

While we were waiting in line for our oil change, one of the mechanics came to our window to give us waters. Then he realized we had our dog in the back seat, so he brought out a dog treat as well. The customer service at all Take 5 locations is pretty incredible, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had out of Al of the locations we’ve been to. Thank you Take 5! Service: Oil change

Went there Saturday afternoon and was surprised by the price point, $82 for an oil change on a pu truck. Got the receipt, reviewed it and it said they did all these things checked air pressure, washed windshield, etc. I had to ask him to do it. He knew he should have but he just didn't. Typically a decent place, but lacks leadership. I was upset enough to consider somewhere else for my vehicles.

Quite disappointed. Went to have an oil change done and they removed the skid plate on my car. Said it was damaged and that they couldn’t put it back on for me. Put the skid plate in my trunk and told me that “I don’t have one on mine”. The skid plate could have been put back on and was not that damaged. They didn’t give me the hardware back either. Now I have to do it myself and buy new hardware or go an have it replaced for double the price. I waited 2 hours for the oil change due to them being short staffed and was very patient. Seems like they didn’t want to put it back on because they were busy. Ridiculous and a real headache right now Service: Oil change

Gavin very nice and helpful but I thought they checked water, washer fluid, etc and topped them off if needed. This wasnt the case for me as I completely ran out of washer fluid 1 day after having oil changed. Service: Oil change
