The staff is always beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. I have gone here for years and have repeatedly had a lovely experience with staff interactions and repairs. Never trying to push anything on you that isn't needed. Always have had a VERY quick experience. Recently called in the morning (on a Friday at that) for a repair and it was fixed by 2pm.

Yes it isn't cheap to pay for labor (NTB $136.99/ hr) on vehicle repairs, but they are cheaper than the dealership ($156.99/ hr) and don't charge extra for getting quality OEM parts from the dealership like Muffler Brothers. The CV Axles from Toyota cost $115.59 each remaned not including the core charge ($125.25 ea but refundable upon core return), but Advanced Auto quoted me $226.99 each for these and NAPA quoted me $218.99 each. The Dealership only sells outer tie rod ends but not the inner ones telling me I would have to buy a whole rack for $643, but NTB got both from Advanced Auto the inner and outer tie rod ends for both sides for $221.35. Bottom line is you need to check around and see what Is the best options and price for parts as sometimes it is a better deal and in this case a much better deal to get the Toyota OEM parts ( CV Axles and front rotors) from the dealership, but getting the tie rod ends through NTB or Advanced Auto instead of getting a whole rack. They ended up needing to get a new caliper for one side on the right front, then put on the new rotors, pads and all. I had most of the parts and brought it in around 0800 in the morning and they had everything done by 3 pm to pick it up.

These guys are legit! Car has been there multiple times received great service each time. A little more pricy than other places but definitely worth the great service and professionalism. Will come again!

The guys working the in the lobby are super friendly and helpful and the technicians are honest and trustworthy. They even went a step further to check my brake light that was on. Then confirmed my brakes are in good shape and that the sensor just needed reset. Nice to know they’re trustworthy and not trying to rip me off

This is my second time coming to NTB tires. If you need tires done on the same day and great service this is the place to go. If you want a great variety of tires this is the place to go. If you want a great value this is the place to go. Friendly informative service. The first car I brought didn’t need any maintenance and none was suggested. My 2012 Acura they noted the front struts were leaking. They actually are. I’m glad they also caught it. They even looked at different options for costs. When you go once to a place and everything‘s great and they treat you great you’re willing to go again. When it happens again you’re willing to be a lifetime customer. Get the extra value items. Getting up to three alignments and free rotations and road service is worth it if you will take advantage of it. The Bellbrook location is great!

I called this store for a tire warranty claim, and store manager offered to address the problem with a discount on my next set of tires, specifying no expiration. When I visited the store to redeem the offer, that manager no longer worked there. I showed the new manager the concise email from prior manager extending the discount and he rediculed it telling me that if they gave everyone that kind of discount they wouldn't be in business, as if it was my idea in the first place. They did not honor the commitment, even after I escalated the problem to NTP corporate complaints office.
