Went to take my 2010 Honda civic for ac recharge. Said freon was over filled, compressor is bad and and still charged full price for the freon charge. Would have be nice to get a discount or not be charged the full price. Came out to 212 if you want your ac recharged don't go there!

Pretty Good customer service. Kinda did not seem to present too many options for my flat tire. Jeff seemed a little off Saturday. But did get 2 new tires All was good.

The Bellbrook, OH Grismer team did a great job with my new tire purchase and install. They called me with periodic updates and finished before the time I requested. They also honored a Michelin rebate that was scheduled to be in place on my day of service even though Michelin apparently cancelled the rebate program prior to it starting. Job was completed successfully…I will buy new tires from them again in the future.

Worked with a number of managers at both Centerville and Bellbrook. Jeff is Awesome! I take both mine and my wifes auto's to the Bellbrook location. Never had an issue. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have use this company and location numerous times. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful and the prices are reasonable. They communicate well and don't push for unnecessary services. Jeff was great, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. Keep up the great work!!! 👍

I rarely leave 5 Stars. They look phony. I recently brought my ‘08 Fit in for front brakes. The guys were very professional and called when they said they wound and had my car out the door again when they said they would. I’m VERY happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Typically this place and the service has been great. For some reason, I assume too busy, it was not the same. Oil change usually tops off the fluids i.e. washer fluids etc. This time it wasn’t done and they didn’t apply the next oil change sticker to the windshield.

Grismer Tire gives top notch service-they always get it done fast and right the first time. Jeff the manager does a great job and communicates often to let you know how things are going-prices are reasonable as well. I bring all my cars to Grismer even for routine maintenance. Very satisfied customer.

Had an appointment scheduled at 12 PM for a wheel alignment. Drop the vehicle off at noon. The gentleman behind the counter asked when I needed it back I told him I needed a early afternoon. Waited till 2:30 PM and no one has reached out to me. I called and my vehicle still has not been in yet for the wheel alignment. I thought a purpose of an appointment is to get the vehicle done at that appointment time but in this case it was not. I was told that they were having some IT problems, but the gentleman that took my information when I brought it over for the appointment wrote everything down. This day was the only day that we had available to work around our schedule and now I have to find somewhere else to get this wheel Alignment done. Will not be back.
