Super quick and super nice. Veterans discount was a plus. Pretty sure the dude was flirting with me to up-sell the filters. Totally worked. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I just like that it takes minutes because I don’t have time to be dropping cars off and coming back later…. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

I worked for this place this place is a joke they do not change the plug every time a Hyundai or kia comes in they do not do their call outs so the next employee knows what they are doing if I had to recommend any take 5 it would be the take 5 in wadsworth ohio they are the nicest people I ever meet in take their call outs serious in their job serious in do thigs according to the take 5 way booklet thanks you randy in wadsworth for teaching me the right take 5 way

Well took my car and was charged 79.99 for a regular oil change. The gentleman said I had a 2.0 well my other car I do. I have a sante fe 2.0T and yes you need full synthetic oil not my base model 2019 Honda Civic that I took today for an oil change. I’m like are you sure your looking at the right car! Needless to say I feel like I got robbed. I won’t be back they’re pushy and misleading. I advised know what type of oil your car takes

Went in for an oil change and Matt noticed that the drain plug was stripped, the service could not be completed. Matt recommended a shop close by to get the needed repair. The car was a half qt. low in which he filled at no charge. I WILL return for the next oil change. Thanks again!

The service was quick but the guy taking my info looked like he hated his life, I could barely even understand him half the time. I gave a $25 coupon for a $70 oil change and my total was still $62. Upon looking at the receipt, the $25 coupon wasn’t even on there. There was a $14 discount but not $25 like I showed the guy. This is my second bad experience at this same location. Will not be returning. Service: Oil change
