Confirmed my vehicle pick but never showed up. When I went to pick up the vehicle they stated they didn’t have a car in the size that I reserved available. Instead of accommodating me with other vehicles they had available, all I got was attitude and no answering of the phone in the very empty branch

Our car was wrecked near DC while on vacation. My insurance authorized a rental with Enterprise. Corporate set up a rental but when i called the location, they advised they had no cars. We went thru this for 3 days with no transportation. On the 3rd day the manager called to.let me know he could not give us a rental. I told him this was our third day without a car. He said something to the effect that the reservation was only made 46 minutes ago so i was unreasonable to be upset. I explained this was 3 days of being without a car. He retorted that it was only 46 minutes. He was not helpful nor even apologetic. I finally got my insurance to authorize another company.and got a car across the street in 30 minutes.

They called trying to hustle money out of me my husband saying we owe more money when we don't. So when my insurance agent called to rectify the situation they hung up on her and closed for the day. Deeply dissatisfied with lack of professionalism. Watch you credit card when you give it to them . 👀👀👀👀

Best place to rent a car. Very close to my home, within walking distance. My Outlander Sport was rear-ended while parked and my insurance company, Geico sent me to Enterprise. I requested a small SUV and boy was i surprised when i was given the new 2022 Outlander Sport. It had heated driver & passenger seats. I was in heaven.😀 The truck was clean & the service rep was so helpful. The price was very inexpensive after my insurance coverage. I will be going back to Enterprise in Oxon Hill, MD the next time i need a rental car.

I have always had an excellent experience at this location until my last visit. I made reservations for a vehicle in April for use in June and July. I stopped by the location three days before my rental date to ensure all was ok with my 15 day rental. I was reassured all was well. I wasnt confident so i arrived 3 hours before my scheduled pickup time. They did not have the vehicle I requested. They did give me a medium suv that I did not want. I was scheduled to leave town the following so i took the vehicle. I returned to the location and hour later to pickup my personal vehicle and I noticed the vehicle I requested being cleaned. The sales person stated the vehicle was be cleaned for a customer. I cannot. fully expess my feelings on this forum. I will never use this location again. There are too many options out there to accept this level of service.

Terrible! They gave a group of females traveling long distance a unsafe car. The tire pressure symbol was on when we initially got it. We had to ask the guy to put air in the tire. I thought they inspect the vehicles before loaning them out? The tire pressure light kept coming on and we kept putting air in the tires. On the day I returned the vehicle one of the tire was pretty much flat, had a tire pressure of 6/32 after we put air in it 2 times. To make this story even better this wasn’t even the car I originally reserved. I reserved a full size car and they gave me a “compact” SUV. This SUV was so small. Smaller than a full size car. 3 females with luggage traveling long distance with no space. The car was so crammed. Oh yeah and the battery died on us our last day on vacation. We had to wait for AAA for forever. Not to mention I told them I had my own insurance and they charged me for using AAA when I can utilize AAA for free through my own car insurance which was provided to the employee. I wrote to customer service and never heard back. Just a whole mess. Never again!

I rented there in 2019. A woman called and said she was in an accident and it involved the car that I rented. She lied, she and her friend were in the middle of the road, I beeped my horn to get by I was cussed out when I waited for them to move. The women then proceeded to chase me and pushed my car into other cars. One of the staff members knew the girls(one of them was dating him), I heard their conversation while he was at your oxon hill location they didn't believe me and just took the car causing hardships for my family and myself. I would never rent from here again. I have warned others as well.

My initial interaction with Enterprise, specifically the one in Oxon Hill, Maryland, was a good one. The gentleman that handled my rental reservation was very friendly and efficient and professional. However, upon me returning the vehicle, the young lady stated that there would be a $135 detaik fee because of what she assumed was pet hair, or I could clean the car myself, which I did. I returned the vehicle clean and free from any pet hair, fur hair (which is what she saw was the hair from a faux fur coat) and I was still charged the $135 fee. She was very rude and unprofessional. I have contacted Enterprise several times and I have yet to receive a call back. I think k it is wrong and unprofessional for no one to get in touch with me regarding my issue. I also feel that the young lady and the manager that was on duty at that time should take customer service classes to refresh them on how to properly deal with customers. Because of that interaction my rating and experience with Enterprise is a 3 at best.
