I don’t normally do reviews but when you close at 7, and the customer checks in online, and arrives at 6:40 and the door is open, and the Were Open sign is flashing, shouldn’t you get serviced? There’s some opportunity here that the business should work on. I was told to return tomorrow but I think I’ll find another place to do business.

This was my first visit and a quick decision to get my hair cut that day. Thank you so much Lori for cutting my seriously baby fine, thinning hair. I love it and it's so easy to style. I have found my new permanent hairdresser. She's so kind, very knowledgeable on how to deal with thinning hair. I showed her a style and she was able to duplicate it beautifully.

Very nice place to get my haircut, very clean. Extraordinary attention from the ladies that work there, set an appointment to get my haircut it’s the best, just jump on google and type their name and will prompt you with their waiting time, very easy. Wife recommended and I’ve been coming for months.

Fastest cut I ever had. Removed 5 inches and some layers to lighten up my hair. Took maybe 30 minutes. I was impressed and it doesn't even look sloppy it looks great! I think it's the first time I actually tipped after a haircut well deserved

Great place to take my son for a haircut. I check in online before we get there and typically we are in and out in less than 15 mins. Staff is super friendly and my son loves chatting with whoever is cutting his hair. They save in their system what cut you had last so there's no need to explain each time you come in which is great.

Absolutely terrible. My sister and I wanted to get our haircut short, nothing crazy, just a simple same length all around hair cut by our collar bones. They struggled with that!!! The one lady used a razor on my sisters hair to cut it short, making it look all choppy. While my sisters hair was being messed up I thought my hair was turning out okay. However, my lady cut my hair way shorter than I wanted and she only cut my hair straight from the back leaving it a inch longer in the front(it looked so bad). I was over it so I just watched my sisters hair be done I then asked a different lady to do it because the one doing my sisters hair continued to make it worse and worse. The other lady fixed it somewhat. Two days lady we went to our stylist to have her fix it because the people at Great Clips couldn’t do a simple cut. Never EVER going here again.
