I tried 4 other places to get my traditional black and white slip on Vans, and no one had my size. The Vans store had my size in 3 cushion options. Cool staff and music, good experience.

Always a great selection of styles in this location.Not only shoes but apparel and skateboards.This store is always clean and organized with a friendly staff. Will definitely be back again. Gotta rack up those vans family points. If your a common size and want the newest styles your gonna wanna be here on release date, if I miss it my size is typically gone on the first day.

They are back to their regular hours! 12PM-6PM on Sunday and 10AM-9PM Monday-Saturday. Staff wears masks and they keep area very clean. When I walked in they were sanitizing. :) Super friendly employees that work there as well. Overall, a great vibe! I definitely will be coming back.

Alex was very helpful. Got us several shoes and didn't bat an eye when we asked jokingly to lace them all. We didn't make him but he quickly said yes. We will forsure be back.

Estefany is a saint! I had an issue with a pair of Vans that I didn't buy at her store. She was extremely understanding of my situation and did everything in her power to remedy it. I ended up leaving with the exact shoes that I wanted and a smile on my face. I highly recommend that she get a bonus for her outstanding customer service. Thank you Estefany, you really made my day.

It's pretty close to the holiday, so my size was gone in everything i wanted, but the staff was super nice and helpful. They were busy but every person there was ready to give a hand and didnt hesitate even though i kept sending her back and forth to the back for my size. Really the nicest people

I ordered my items online ... my shoe size was a bit small so I had to go into the store to size up. OMG 😮 you guys I Fell in LOVE 😍. The store and staff where AMAZING! Great customer service! Will be shopping in store from here on out! 👍🏽
