The only reason I gave this place one star was because it always smells like air freshner. I wanted to upgrade my phone but every phone they had on display wasn't charged and didn't have any information listed below. So you would think they would try to tell me the difference between the phones...they had no clue. It literally looked as if they had just been robbed with how unprofessional it looked.

The girl that I worked with was very rude.. just in case a manager reads this it was on 11/6/21 around 6 pm.. she was not trying to present phones... First words out of her mouth when I walked in the store was how much I am going to spend with new service for 2 lines when that was not my concern at the moment. I decided to just order online where a computer can give better customer service. Instead of feeling like I was being pushed out the door.. my advice do not go there....the girl is there to sit on the clock not to do her job... Note- not both girls... the little one I seen was quick to service another customer respectfully

called just to ask a simple yes or no question.. was hung up on 2 times and then this store proceed to not answer the phone for the next 15 mins..

Came into buy 2 phones for Christmas to add to our plan. The girls were helpful setting up and even said ‘oh these screen protectors come with the new phone’. Come to find out after I checked the following day. I was charged over $60 for the 2 screen protectors that I was told came with the phone. I would not have bought them considering I was already spending over $500 for the 2 phones. I don’t know if these girls make commission or not but I find it ridiculous to add extra charges to someone’s bill for absolutely no reason and will not use this store again!

Amazing service! I came here close to closing time and the representatives had a bit of trouble porting my dads old T-Mobile number, but they stayed with me until the process was complete and he had a working phone. It was way past closing time, yet were very friendly the entire time.
