Wow let me tell you about my experience excellent service I called for a part and they had it in stock the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful on the phone so I went to pick it up and was greeted at the door as well went to service desk for my part and everything was excellent and gave my advice on how to install the part and extremely knowledgeable 10/10

Talk about “The Helpful Place”! I drove out of my way to find a part that I much needed today after stopping at 3 different retailers and found it here. The staff was more than friendly, pointed me where I needed to go, found somebody with higher knowledge and researched enough to give me faith. I fixed what I NEEDED to be fixed. I will be heading here first when I need help! It’s summer and you fixed my air conditioner.

The floor sales people are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They really go all out to help you. The cashiers are friendly and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible without forgetting good customer service. The manager is nice as well as the owner. They got a good reputation for a reason.
