I asked to transfer my prescription to a cheaper pharmacist, so she demanded me to purchase my last pharmacy with her which I dont have a problem, however, instead of refilling the usual 30 days supply she asked her staff to refill 90 days supply. Man…this type of thing still happen in America and inside Target? Very disappointed

Rude unhelpful and said they don’t work here. Pharmacy is part of the target. Was told to ask target employees about OTC medicines ( that state consult pharmacy or doctors before starting).

I have been using the CVS Pharmacy inside of Target at Rancho Cucamonga CA for a few years now. NEVER once have I had a bad experience. If there are ever any issues, they are always taken care of to the best of everyone’s ability. All employees not only meet expectations, but they go above and beyond to complete their services; making sure that the costumers are well taken care of and leave satisfied. Angie, one of the pharmacists there, does an exceptional job in making sure the pharmacy runs smooth. Customer satisfaction IS priority, and shows on a daily basis.

Called the pharmacy to see if they carried a medication. Spoke with angelic the pharmacy manager. She was a little rude and even yelled at me when I told her that not telling me over the phone isn't a law but a policy. I told her I would give the number of the doctor so she could verify before telling me. She then answered, you have to come in for me to tell you we don't have it. Your lack of security isn't a good excuse for a lack of customer service! I will never go here or this target again.
