Wasted a lot of my time. It's currently two hours past my pickup time and they're working on getting my car ready. Also attempted to charge me extra when they made me change my reservation to a credit card. I read a lot of the other reviews about this place and they are spot on. There's a reason this location has a poor rating.

I had a reservation and paid beforehand for it. When I arrived they said they didn’t had any car other than an SUV, which would cost me extra for an upgrade. I had to go to another Hertz in order to find a car. Terrible experience!

I would give them less if I could. Rented a car from them and they hit my bank card twice for $1,178. So roughly $2,300 pulled out of my account. How convenient they close at noon so I won't be able to get my money back until I turn the car in on Monday. Called customer service and nothing they can do about it. Stating they only see it once on their side. Sent an email to show it coming out twice from my bank. Don't go to these people. Use Enterprise so much better!!

Jordan, Diamond, and the branch manager really pulled me out of a horrible bond Avis put me in. They were able to get me in a vehicle exactly what I needed in short notice and with a smile. They were all great to work with. Very move and courteous. A pleasure to work with. I've had many bad experiences with rental car companies and this group of people were by far the best! Thanks all!

Dealership ordered a rental for me. Arrived and they didn’t have any available. Then got them to realize the reservation was already set and that made them mad because they had to clean a car. Tried to pay the deposit and their magnetic card reader wouldn’t work on multiple cards. They only allow chip readers on personal rentals and won’t accept cash. Not able to rent a car after driving 30 mins to arrive and now I can’t get a car. Poorly managed and worse customer satisfaction.

This place is awful. They will allow you to book vehicles that are not available, so that when you show up you have to pay more for an upgrade you did not want. I called another Hertz location and they are honoring the price of my booking. Avoid this location (and honestly probably Hertz) at all costs.

PLEASE DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I'm a person who is not too knowledgeable about terms and conditions about renting a car and this people slightly explained me about it. They will do what it takes to trick you on getting extra charges for insurance even when you can provide your own one! I thought I made myself clear that I only wanted to get charged for the car rental and make my own insurance cover the car. These people for their own convenience included me their basic insurance and of course I committed the mistake signing the contract without totally understanding what I was going to get charged for. When I dropped off the car I got my surprise that the car rental cost roughly $900 and the insurance THEY INCLUDED by tricking me cost an additional $1200. They refused to reimburse because they are backed up with the contract signed by a person who was not completely informed of all the included costs and trusted them. They will not give away that extra money they took out of my pocket. What a bad customer service. The lady sitting on the desk in the corner she was polite and wanted to help, I think her last name is Jordan, not sure. But the other two ladies did not wanted to help at all, I guess they are happy not suggesting the best value for their customers and taking advantage of people who are new renting cars. AGAIN PLEASE BE AWARE SO YOU DON'T GET SURPRISES.

Made a reservation for a cargo van and paid in advance. Only to be told just before pick up that there was no van available. Didn't try to help find one and was just rude about how his company wasn't responsible. They really could care less about customers. Mr Jahmal is very rude.

Very unprofessional. I made a reservation and was told to come at a certain time to pick up the car. I made it clear that I had an important appointment later that day and they assured me I would get the car at that time. When I arrived, I had to wait 2 hours and was late to my appointment. No attempt to expedite the process. They are very shorthanded. The same person dealt with the customers, answered the phones, and cleaned and sanitized the cars! They gave me the car with a quarter tank of gas. I had to fill the tank the same day. They told me to return it with a quarter tank. I returned it with slightly more than a quarter tank, but they still charged me a fuel fee of $95. I called and they agreed to refund me, but after almost one month and 3 different phone calls, I still had not received the refund. I ended up disputing the CC charge. Stay away from this location. This is the only experience I have with Hertz, but I am never going to use them again.

Worst location EVER!!!! Terrible customer service! This location makes Hertz as a company look awful. Save yourself the headache and book at a different location. You book a rental and they end up not having the vehicle for you. And still you have to pay extra for the vehicle that is available if there is a price difference in the rate. I picked up my vehicle and it was completely disgusting from the interior. Still needed to have the backs seats wiped down, doors were just sprayed with a solution but never wiped and along with that they leased out a vehicle with issues to the front wheel. I had to stop in a different state to swap out the vehicle for one without mechanical issues. The new one given to me in exchange was immaculate and gave us no issues at all. Customer service is non existent here! I’m never returning to Hertz due to my experience at this location!
