I wish I remembered the name of the lady who waited on me. She was the best sales representative I have ever met. She was helpful and efficient. She knew so much about the products and services; and she was a very personable woman.

Olivia was awesome and helped us get our phones upgraded. She was super knowledgeable and the whole staff did everything in their power to get to us in a timely manner and get us set up and out the door.

I have insurance on my iPad and it cracked it was so nice to go into the store and use the insurance I pay for at the store everyone was so helpful and kind!

Beyond long wait and rude workers. 1 worker in the store. Went in because my SIM card was ‘locked’ and the worker completely did not care and would not help me. Told me to call customer care because she couldn’t “hold up her line”. How do I call customer care when my SIM card is locked and I have no service? I went to the store in the mall and they knew exactly what was wrong and got me a new SIM card. Super nice workers there. Save yourself the rudeness from this store and visit the other. Such a shame

Other than the wait, the store was pleasant. The sales rep address my concerns about my trade in and upgrade of my phone. She was very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. As stated before, the only issue was the wait. One sales rep, 2 tables and a full store. I had to stand until she had finish with 2 sets of customers which was over 45 minutes.

Nichole was a great help. My husband and I came in right before close and she stayed well after closing to make sure to answer all of our questions. She treated us as if we were long time best friends and cracked jokes the whole time. The phones and watches we ordered came in almost immediately and we were thinking it was going to be at least a week! Wont go anywhere else but the Sunset Blvd At&t and will only be working with Nichole!

Every employee is wonderful! Especially Sara and Dan! They are always peppy and ready to help! And Whitley was so funny while we were being assisted. And the manager Amy was great as well, very professional and nice!

I won't go anywhere else for my At&t service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We were working with Nichole and she was very knowledgeable about all the current promotions and devices. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks so much Nichole, Amy, Sara, Dan, and Whitley!
