Luis is the B. E. S. T. He makes banking a pleasure! My son and I had to take care of signing some papers for our accounts and Luis was both informative and knowledgeable He was a true professional and so helpful. It was a Saturday and no one wants to bank on the weekend- but he efficiently took care of our banking needs and it felt more like a ‘visit with a friend’ rather than a chore that we had to get done. Thank you Louis! Wish you were at my branch!

This bank is absolutely terrible. Kathy Robert's is incredibly rude and shouldn't be helping customers whatsoever. Literally choose any other bank than this one.

My granddaughter is away at college and has a checking account at sun Trust and occasionally her grandmother and I deposit cash into her account at the Dunedin branch. Today when I tried to make a small cash deposit they told me that if I was not a signer on the account that I could not make a cash deposit. !!! . Ridiculous

I am sure the folks are very nice at this location but, because of a fraudulent charge to my account my debit card has been blocked. Suntrust for some reason cannot provide a new card for 7-10 business days. Bank hours on Saturday are 9am to 1pm. I need to withdraw cash in person for the weekend. Even though Martin Luther King Day is Monday, the bank is closed today, Saturday for the holiday. The website and google listing shows the bank as open today. If like other banks a debit card could be issued within the work week it would be a non issue, but seriously? Looking for recommendations for a new bank. Thanks!
