I was disappointed when shopping at the Stuart Goodwill today. I have been a Gold Member since the program started and Goodwill raised their prices. This entitles me to 25% off every time I shop. The cashier asked if I was a Gold Member. I told her yes and gave her my phone number. After paying for the purchase, I asked her why so much and checked my receipt. She said it is only 25% off on clothes. Again I questioned because it has always been 25% off of everything, to which she replied you are a silver member. Totally confused I asked how is that. She said my membership expired yesterday, and I should have been told when making recent purchases. Well I wasn't. Stuart Goodwill is the last one I shopped in more than once within the last month. Never mentioned. Even when I gave her my phone number today, nothing was mentioned that my membership expired. No text letting me know. So I made my purchase without 25% off. They would not refund my money and let me repurchase, but happily took $25 from me to start a new Gold Membership.

Decent stuff, i purchased unused items with manufacturers tags on them. Books selection is larger than most.

Very quick with a $9.99 tag on something just because it's heavy. Palm City staff is the best!

The new store is clean and well organized but not that well stocked. I do not understand why the Jensen Beach and Ft. Pierce Goodwills are packed with items but this one is so limited with inventory. Goodwill does bring in trucks with items so I do not understand why this location gets the bare minimum.

The 24 hour return rule is super ridiculous for a second hand store. I tried to exchange a $3 coffee pot that was slightly too big for another coffee pot and I was denied because it had been a few days. The pot still had the price sticker on it and I had the receipt. They were happy to take it back as “donation” though.

A thrift store dedicated to helping those who are at a disadvantage in life. The volunteers are angels. They sell what others donate to further their cause. Thank you for your service to mankind.

One of the only thrift stores in town that understands the meaning of thrift. Their prices remain reasonable and that could be the reason they are always packed and have new items out daily. I like the people and like the store! I just wish they would stop marking items in permanent marker. I put a lot of items down if I don't think I can remove it.

Very nice Goodwill. They get in a lot of nice things in this location. Friendly staff and management. Clean and neat store. Well organized as well. In a nicer area. Sometimes we make a special trip to go to this location.
