Has messed up my prescriptions about 4 times in the past two months. Not sure what’s changed but do not use them if you need scripts. Super frustrating and hard to talk to rude reps. Two stars because the store itself is alright.

CVS has what you would expect from a drug store. Their prices tend to be on the higher side so if you are on a budget, you may want to compare prices elsewhere.

Constantly have problems with them filling medication I no longer take. Get a different answer to questions every time I call. And I'm sick of them saying they can't transfer a file from another CVS.. this 15yr relationship is near it's end

This review is pharmacy specific- the weekday pharmacist who works here is generally rude and unprofessional... Horrible customer service on a repeated basis. I'm done with CVS specifically because of this guy, I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for 20+ years, I won't be back. The second star is for the other employees, who are fine and probably dislike working with this man.

This CVS is awesome , they always try to help and are always kind. The Pharmacist is always great and goes out of his way to help all he can . This Location is so much better then the location at Belcher Rd and Main Street. The Employees here seem happy to help you without attitude. I'd like to thank the people that work here for making their customer's feel special . I wish there were more stores out there that used this practice. Thank you ;-)

Currently standing here with no people in line waiting to be acknowledged for the past 10 mins to get my vaccine. 2 employees doing everything including looking at me but not saying a word. Nice!

Store is very neat and clean but seems very understaffed. Only one person doing it all at the pharmacy. Only one person working up front (normally). Just had to walk out because there was no one to check me out at the front register. Too bad, it's such a nice store.

Shara is absolutely amazing as a person as well as at her job! We had a problem loading money on to paypal account (something very random being no ones fault) she was very knowledgeable and efficient but extremely sweet and trying very hard to help me get it resolved. After sometime we figured it out thankfully but the reason I'm writing about her is well obviously what I've already said and the fact that she could have easily not cared enough to try to help as I recently experienced at walmart trying to load money to the same account. This shows me why she's a manager and she's extremely worthy of being one!! Thank you for being an amazing person!!! This CVS will be my go to store always from now on.
