So I didn’t get my mc doubles so the manager wrote me on a book for free Mc doubles I come back a month later and they say that is way to long ago I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK😡😡

This is nothing against the workers they did a phenomenal job and it was busy this am...but who ever designed this place needs their head examined you literally ride around the building twice just to go thru the drive thru...not exactly drive thru friendly

Ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers. Got home and they was regular cheeseburger. With ketchup, mustard. Pickles. Onions. Threw them away

I don't eat much fast food. Maybe only a couple times a year tops. On occasion I've tried to get coffee here. The last time the lobby was locked and the drive thru was full (most likely large food orders since you couldn't go in) so I ordered on the app and and did the pick up. 20 minutes later I still hadn't gotten it and cars who came after me received their orders. You can't cancel on the app so I just ate the small amount of money and left. And throughout the past several years I've sat in the car with my mother as she came to get a milkshake and not one time was she successful. They are probably the reason the McDonald's ice cream machine reputation is so terrible.

I'm really very fed up with the ice cream situation at every McDonald's in the country. I don't mind missing out on ice cream but it never seems to be available at McDonald's. Either sell it or don't. It's not as good as other ice cream places anyway.

I Do Not recommend the Weirton McDonald's.... It never fails my order is always wrong or something is always missing.

Got two double cheeseburgers today and when i got home to eat them for lunch, they looked like someone stepped or sat on them. I mean come on they wanted more pay but still screw up every order. I mean how can you screw up a burger???? They whole staff needs better training or just a better whole new staff.

This happens every time we get food drive through. This is ridiculous. For what they get paid, food should come out better. My husband and I worked for McDonald's before, we know what it's like
