Had a very bad experience at the Taco Bell in Steubenville today. I was patiently waiting in line in the lobby. Associate Diane made eye contact with me multiple times while she continued to pack up online orders. After 25 minutes had passed of me waiting I asked Diane why I was not being waited on after patiently waiting in an empty lobby for 25 minutes. She did not offer anything to compensate me for my time and replied to me with an attitude. Then I was told I could not order a chicken quesarito in the lobby. I could only order it on the app. The closest thing they could accommodate me with was a bean burrito. Shame on you Diane!

Great job marking what was what on special orders. It's rough when you have to play the guessing game of what's inside. They did forget 2 items (ordered 3 of the same item and only got one), but were very apologetic and took care of it the right way. Thanks!

The young lady who took my order and gave me my food was really friendly. I also got my food really quickly. Awesome experience all around.

Did an online order for about $70 went to pick it up they said that I didn't order it at first then after looking into the computer it showed that my order was made completed and picked up they figured out that it was picked up by doordash and they never refunded me a word gave me my food I used to go to this location all the time but after this I don't think this location is going to be my preference anymore

Soft tacos were fine .Mexican pizza tasted burned and could hardly eat.I waited all this time for Mexican Pizza to come back.Probably won't order again.

We ordered 8 items, totalling 40.00 plus an 8.00 dollar tip. The only item they got right on the order was the Nacho Cheese Fries. I attempted to call the store twice, and was left to go to a very obscure and uninformative voicemail, which doesn't even announce that you are calling into a Toco Bell. With the amount of erroneous errors in the making of our food, and the lack of Customer Service, we will not be supporting this local restaurant again.

Decent people there. I don't know what is up with the employees at all the Taco Bells around here but the majority of them are nasty, hateful and not very helpful. Don't get me wrong. Not ALL of them are that way. I would say 80%.
