Blair and Noah are fantastic. Came in to set up a new account and they were super easy and fun to work with! Transferring took ages though. They need better internet

Blair was very unhelpful. He refused to port our numbers. Went to another att store and they were able to, proving that he was able to the whole time. He tried to oversell us things we didn’t need under the guise of “free watch” the bill he quoted was $100 more a month than what we quoted online because of the bloated services he was trying to bundle because “the more you get the more you save”. He refused to listen that we couldn’t set up new numbers and just wanted us to get all new numbers. Was the perfect example of anti customer. All he cared about was making money. Beware of this location at all costs.

I can understand how working in it would be a drag, but maybe somehow AT&T could have been a shining light. Unfortunately, it was not. My grandfather used to work for AT&T, which is the only reason I was willing to give them a shot (even though everyone knows Verizon has the best service). Today, I was disappointed with their service as I'm sure my grandfather would be as well. To be honest, I don't know if this is a reflection of AT&T or just the employees at this store. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Contrary to what this delusional lady said below me, I find the staff at this particular store to be amazing! They always go above and beyond to help me with any issues I may pay a visit for. They are much better than the Sunset BLVD location and I would much prefer to be helped my one of the Managers, Noah, here than anywhere else. Thank you Fort Steuben AT&T for the wonderful experience! I will definitely be returning soon.

If I could give them a zero I would. They are not willing to help unless you are buying something. I needed a Sim card and they tried to make me pay off my phone and get a new account and number. I believe it was even the store manager i was working with. ... I left immediately and went to the att on sunset and they helped me with a Sim with no worries. Also they had another customer in there complaining about the mall store as well. They will ALWAYS BE MY STORE ON SUNSET AMY and her staff are very helpful!!!

Admittedly there were issues with my number from Verizon, but the people at this store and Verizon did their best to compete over who had the worst customer service. The condescending attitude of the AT&T representative the last time I tried to actually get a phone there was the final straw. Never had a company put forth that much effort into not having me as a customer.
