Small place and the staff didn't even know where the line was because the store was so over packed. When the staff made a line I got pushed back even though i was supposed to be next. Plus their site said they had what I'm looking for and they didn't have it in the store.

I asked if they have any Squid game T-shirt or novelty items. No knowledge of specific T-shirt which is No. 1 show in Netflix. One of the store employee put me on a hold and heard talking with the manager; the manager says Squid game is a Japanese show which they don't carry.. It's not Japanese but it's Korean show. This store employees need to be educated with what's the top trends among teens and young adults to keep up with the sales or you will lose a lot of money! Not impressed with the service and misinformation!!

The people who were working there were so nice to me and didn't say anything when I went to write down my email for the deals thingy and almost dropped the pen and they were patient and understanding when I mentioned I have auditory issues and I just hope whoever was working today has a good day because them being kind to me was the best part of my day today and I want the same kindness shown to them :)

My favorite store in the world. Great prices, products, and staff. Adding on to the last part, there was one staff member in particular that deserves to be acknowledged. I don’t know his name, but he was working around 4pm at the door 6/26. He was incredibly nice to everyone. It’s the first store with COVID rules that didn’t make you feel bad. He also honored a sale with another customer even though the sign that was up was in the wrong spot (I believe it was a Buy 2 Get 1 sign.) He was just the happiest employee I talked to in the entire 2 story mall. Also, while someone was waiting to get in the store, he went in, got the product they wanted, and set it aside for them so that they could check out right when they were allowed it. Very impressive.

I am all for tattoos and piercings as I have many myself but I do you want to point out cleanliness and hygiene in any job is a must. I see often employees that are very much uncapped. I do not like to judge others but when it is evident that their hair hasn't been washed for days or just an overall appearance of poor hygiene is definitely a turn off for customers. Aside from that the atmosphere in the store is great, employees are very friendly, and I enjoyed the style of clothing available. It is a bit cluttered and smashed in there though, making it difficult to really get through the store and look at items. And nearly impossible to do so when they are busy. There's hardly enough room for one person to walk down an aisle. I'm not sure why they haven't expanded since they have been here from as far back as I can remember and get a pretty good profit of customers. I would love to see a bigger more accommodating store since I am a loyal customer who definitely does love this company and the values and things they have available.

I'm not fond of the prices, but it's the best place to shop for band/singer's merchandise. I haven't been here since last year since my parents try to avoid spending as much money as they did, so I can't say what it's been like in the past year. However, the customers and employees have always been nice, so you shouldn't have a problem there.
