Why schedule a vax appointment here when they don't get to you until an hour after the appointment time even though you check in 5 minutes ahead of the appointment? I really didn't plan to spend over an hour in this uncomfortable chair.

I’m giving them two stars instead of one star because I have to consider that the girl is at least trying but just like everything else in this area it is well below the quality of anywhere else. Way too many people go here for having just two people behind the counter trying to repair thousands of orders a day. Reality this is a one star but I have to take in the consideration that people from this part of town just don’t know any better

Client Service is great here! Christian is always helpful on the drive thru and Camilla, the pharmacist, went the extra mile for me today to locate my medicines when there was a shortage to ensure that I stay healthy & strong! Thanks for going the extra mile. We appreciate you!

This store is ok, everything I need is here, but the only thing missing is the photo department not developing 35mm film or proofing prints. Houston has Nothing for the photographers anymore, Totally a shame But the good news is 35mm film is on the come back so are the 35mm cameras 👍

This location is horrible. I won't return. The employees that work there are nice but a) the store is poorly stocked. My husband cut himself cooking and I rushed here to get some things and they had almost nothing we needed or could use. I asked the pharmacist about a product they advertise on their website and he had no idea what I was talking about and said if it wasn't on the shelf, then they don't carry it. A lesson for myself that my first aid kit wasn't as impressive as I thought and to bulk it up before there is another emergency. There are not enough employees checking people out for the demand. I waited in line for several, several minutes before I just threw my stuff back and walked out. There were 2 employees checking out a line of easily 10 customers. One customer was upset that one of her items rang up more than she thought it was advertised for. This ordeal shut down the entire store literally while every employee rushed around to figure out why this was happening. Do they seriously not have the authority to just give her a 10% discount or something and send her on her way?!? They lost at least 2 sales over probably $3 issues, including mine! Went to the CVS on Antoine and was loads better.

Customer service is non existent here. I asked the gentleman at the front if there was a charge to load my card. He says no but turns out there was so I had to come back and load again because with the charge it wasn’t enough to send. I also asked another employee if they sold individual masks so I didn’t have to buy a 50 pack. She said no. After walking around the store I found individual masks. Good customer service is when a customer asks a question and you don’t know, you say, “I’m not sure, let me find out for you.” Not just saying, no because you don’t know. The guy had long hair, the girl had purple hair

Had an appointment for a vaccine, they have my info on file. It took them almost 45 minutes to process the prefilled paperwork. There was only one person inline and the technician that was going to administer the vaccine spent most of that time waiting for the processing of the paperwork. The service was polite but ridiculously slow and inefficient. I am giving one star because the attention was polite and the person that administered the shot was efficient they are either extremely understaffed or are just incompetent. Never going back to this location

This is a clean store with shiny floors and good merchandise presentation Out of stocks are minimal. The store well staffed with friendly and helpful associates. The pharmacy was closed when I was there about 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. It must have a staffing problem. They are usually open. I like the weekly sales that Walgreens runs. When on sale, I have purchased Arm & Hammer detergent pods for $2 a package.
