This is a wonderful branch. The tellers and the managers are always helpful and they know me by name. I've been coming to this branch for 5 years and I've never had a bad experience. Even when the corporate side of the bank throws a curve ball, which happens with any bank from time to time, the people at this branch work collaboritively with me to get it resolved. I would give ten stars of I could.

This is definitely one of the worst bank ever. I have always been a bank of america customer and I am not used to such incompetency. A couple months ago I wanted to try a new bank and I have chosen Citi bank. I have made a check to my landlord back in december. That check bounced back and my banker asked me to make them a new check which I did. A couple days later both checks got charged out of my account. I contacted my landlord to find out if they have received twice the amount for december. They stated that they only received the money once however it was debited twice out of my account. I requested my banker to file a claim and request an investigation to find out where the money went. I was given a claim number that is obsolete as when I called customer service they could not find anything regarding that issue. I have contacted my banker and the manager sereral times in the past couple of months to get a response. No one cares to respond to me or keep me updated on my case. I now have lost $1,350 and nobody knows where my money went. I am currently obligated to contact the NACA to resolve this issue. This branch has terrible customer service and does not cover their employees malpractice. I never seen such incompetency in the banking world! A waste of time and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE.

Banker Robinson didn’t very bad job, convinced me to put money into account to earn welcome bonus (so that his can get his commission😠) but after that he didn’t help me to get my welcom bonus, I reached requirements but didn’t receive it for over half year! I keep calling customer service and bank try to solve this issue, but all of them just act as that not their business. Waste me lots of time communication and listening to video to get transfer to the right person. Very very awful experience! Horrible!! Don’t go to this branch they won’t stand on your side to help you, and if you have problem that will never be solved! I got cheated.

I’m not sure why this branch has so many 1 star reviews. I’ve been banking at this location since it was a Cal Fed branch. Huge parking lot but yes, it’s a busy intersection and area, traffic-wise. I can walk to this branch so it’s very convenient to me. In fact, if this branch ever closes, I will close all my Citibank accounts. As far as the staff, they’ve always been very courteous and professional. Are they under-staffed at times? Probably but I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes in line. Not ideal but all the positive factors outweigh this.

The staff is friendly.However the branch staff is woefully understaffed and Citibank is by far a very inefficient bank From issues with online banking, receiving replacement cards on time, random account fees for business"account analysis" that vary month to month per account. This bank is full of Uneducated employees that are fake and misleading in their practices. With little inquiry you will see this also. They actually think having a Debit Card is a Benefit. They require you to keep money in their accounts but offer nothing in return. Employees couldn't be more fake and rude, insensitive.

Citibank closed two crucial locations. Their best most personal personal branch in West Hollywood and the Wishire branch. The fairfax location is picking up these customers but has failed to add staff. The parking is dreadful. The Sunset location is pure traffic to get to. Citibank locations are very inconvenient for this area. Switching banks after 20 years.
