I have a State Farm client and Agent- On my claim I selected enterprise bothell- got email confirmation and was told enterprise will call me in 4 business hours 24 hours later when no call was received I called location and they tried to blame and say my reservation was Kirkland. I was like I personally selected bothell and have bothell as confirmation do you want my business, sarah the assistant manager was extremely rude! She said no we have no cars which is why neither Kirkland nor bothell location called u I was like a courtesy call would have gone a long way! Enterprise used to be great! They were proud of being the best in customer service but their attitude and response today shows they have no care of customer satisfaction any more! Hugely disappointed! ~Zermin

So pleasantly surprised by my visit to Grease Monkey Bothell today. They were able to get me in right away, and worked with me to summarize the work I needed done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they had complimentary beverages. I was able to get a little work done while waiting. Even though I had them replace my wiper blades, and replace a bulb for my brake lights, on top of my oil change, they still were able to finish the work quickly and efficiently. Drove up at 2:40pm on a Wednesday, got in right away. Vacuumed my driver's side, put air in tires, changed my oil (went with the basic option), cleaned my windshield all for under $60. They were nice and there was an area in the shop to sit while I waited. About 10 minutes in and out. Thank you Pennzoil ~Logan

I love this gym! If I was to explain each part of the gym to you and why I love it then this would take some time. The staff is friendly, the equipment is awesome, the space throughout the gym feels fulfilling because they have a lot to explore, the windows have an awesome view facing sunset, and the music is good to listen to too. ~Lashunda

Very clean space, people who works there are always so kind and helpful. Such a great deals on so many products. Especially cheeses and fresh meat. I think right now you can’t beat the good price there. They have variety of products to cook Asian food and great selection of cheese! ~Agnes

I went in today and upgraded two of my iPhones. I saw a new face and was concerned I wouldn’t receive the customer service like I received the last time. However, Will was exceptional in customer service and knowledge to make our upgrade easy and comfortable. He helped us decide color, cases, and our plans. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. While I waited for our phones to transfer information, he was patient with difficult customers, kind, and knowledgeable to all of the other customers who entered. ~Corey

Every customer is acknowledge and added to wait list. My issues were handled and I felt welcomed and never rushed. The store was busy but the manager and employees appear to work together and there is a good vibe and flow. ~Sharon
