Same sales old bad techniques, don't spend you time and money there. I called them about trades values for my phones, my wife and I decided to change since T/Mobile spend a lot of $ in ads, so something good should be there, total waste of time. The promised me $1000 for both iPhones, after spent 1 hour there, the $1000 went down to $800 with no explanation. I called to the store and I went there, both times they told me $1000 for switch bringing my iPhones, total waste of time. DONT GO THERE, MAYBE ANOTHER STORE BUT NOT THAT ONE.

my ordeal started a few months ago, when I went to get a communication solution for my kid, store associate suggested kids watch, but also offered the samsung galaxy watch 4 also at no price, which we took home. When we got home and called customer support to activate the line, they told that the watch is not compatible with the standalone line and will need to return it. I promptly returned the watch, and cut my losses with T-mobile. My opinion - clear disconnect between what the store associate told me at the store, and what I was told by customer support. Later, I found out that both were wrong.. The reason I say both were wrong is that the watch does work with standalone line. I eventually got the watch and had a warranty replacement issue. t-mobile sent the watch to this very store, who won't give it to me due to a perceived name not matching. This is despite the fact that I gave the precise order number which I provided which was 100% match. When I asked the store associate that I"d like to talk with your manager, she continued to say that "he would tell you the same", and did not let me speak with him. When I insisted, she accused me of raising my voice, whereas, I remained calm and logical throughout the interaction. But, due to her perceived aggression, she did call the manager, who said that she was doing me a favor as he was about to check out.."hello!!"..is this customer service? Even though you know that the response would not change, at least have the courtesy to listen to the customer and have them express the dissatisfaction, thats the least you can do. telling the customer the same thing essentially implies that you are not listening, and consider your customers as unintelligent creators, who are not worthy of talking with your manager. t-mobile store should consider training their associates better. when I got the name mismatch corrected, she was ready to handover the watch but asked for $20+tax warranty replacement fee. this was not communicated by customer support on phone while placing the order. in fact, I had asked specifically, is there any cost to this replacement, and I was told "of course not". At the store, it appeared to me that the store associate was too happy to cancel the order and make me waste my time at the store and the trip than to help me in any way possible. There was zero effort on the associate's part to understand and offer any solution or even speak to the customer support to address this situation. It is not a question of $20, but, failed expectation management. I told the customer support over the phone that please do not make me go to that store again, as they are neither friendly, nor helpful. My suggestion is to avoid that store.

Every customer is acknowledge and added to wait list. My issues were handled and I felt welcomed and never rushed. The store was busy but the manager and employees appear to work together and there is a good vibe and flow.

Today before closing time I went to T-mobile and Nageena came and helped me a lot. She has explained about the best offers which are available in T-Mobile with lot of patience and she received the customer in a very good manner with respect. Thank you T-Mobile

TMobile is just run by just money hungry corporate lackeys that won't help you if you show the slightest bit of, "I'm annoyed with TMobiles ridiculous policies." Verizon is literally 100 bucks cheaper and they don't make it impossible to deactivate your account and actually want to help you. TMobile fell down the corporate rabbit hole and now customer service does NOT exist with this company. Out of the 4 different stores I've been to, I've never left a store saying these guys are professional. Spend money elsewhere.

I am current T-Mobile customer and I just wanted to get a new phone as my old one broke. I arrived there 35 min before store closing. The manager said they can't process a phone in such short time and I should come tomorrow morning again. I went to Alderwood Mall store right after that and they helped so well and processed a phone order in 10 min.

I rarely ever leave reviews but it was such a uncomfortable experience. Every associate in the building was super welcoming and nice to customers but Gabe, who I had, was not. He was very impatient with explaining things to me and always interrupted. He mentioned he’s from a different store so I’m sure this location is usually great without him.

THIS STORE MISLEADS YOU AND IS DISHONEST! I transferred two lines from AT&T and bought two iphone 13pro based on the pricing that Jonathan gave me which included 20% employer discount (which I was also receiving in AT&T). It’s been 3 months but discounts have not been applied. I have spent hours chatting to customer service and they say that store promised you wrong thing (I have it on email). Jonathan said ignore customer service and he will fix it and also issue credit of $40 for what I have already paid. It’s been another two weeks and neither credit nor discount is showing up. I am not paying more than what I was paying for AT&T for service and have really poor network. Overall, a big loss for my family!!!

After poor service from Verizon I explored other options. It was a much better atmosphere in this store. Jonathan was so accommodating what our family needed. He was awesome. We had to go back as one phone was not available at the time. Same great service. It made a tough situation as easy as possible.
