I've heard people rave about this place, so checked it out today. It felt like a lower quality Grocery Outlet. There are some single items, like cans of olives, but it's mainly large quantities of a limited selection of items, and the prices seemed comparable to a regular grocery store. Definitely not where I'll be shopping.

I like the store more than Costco. You don't have to pay a membership fee while you can enjoy the price for bulk buy. You can easily find some employees to ask where to find some items. People working there are very friendly. A male employee offered to help me move a big bag of rice to the shopping cart when he saw I had some difficulty. Ample parking spaces. Pleasant shopping experience.

Very clean space, people who works there are always so kind and helpful. Such a great deals on so many products. Especially cheeses and fresh meat. I think right now you can’t beat the good price there. They have variety of products to cook Asian food and great selection of cheese!

We feed a house of giant men, this place is great for the larger portions we need. Not to mention we have found restaurant grade pans/pots which help with our larger portions and storage. The spice isle is our favorite, larger spice containers last 3 months in the house.

Love this place as they have great selection of consumables especially finding a great cut of Halal meat. Service is great and place is tidy and clean. Even though they change name it's still good.

Wow I did not know what I was missing out on! This is such a cool store! I am now in love!! Very similar to Costco, but with a chef mindset. Large quantifies of things you want and things that would be amazing if you had a restaurant. Never seen a larger jar of peanut butter or coconut milk in my life. If you are in need of giant blocks of cheese or want to throw an amazing party with meat you are set here too! I am so impressed and looking forward to when I get to come back!

Well, I had one of those worst customer service by the manager ever.. my wife and I was in last Saturday shopping and realize there was on sale of Lee Kum Kee 5gal bucket soy sauce that was normally $18.99 that had $10.25 sales in yellow sign posted. So I'd decided to buy 10 bucket and didn't realize they charged me $20.25 when I check my receipt on Monday, because I was in Monday to see if I can get few more, but price went up to $20.25. I was in a rush at the time of the transaction to check how much they charged me at the register. So I went back on Tuesday to asked cash register guy hey why did I get charged 20.25 when it should be 10.25 and he said oh yeah I'm not sure I need it talk to the manager. Ok so I waited to talked to him and he flat said it never was on sale even though my wife and I saw the sign in yellow that said 10.25 and treated me like I was lying even though I shop there 3 times a week spending 200 to 300 when visiting there. You know we are all human being and make mistake posting sign and all he has to say sorry there was a mistake. Instead he treated me like a 2nd class person ..really bad customer service.

This place is awesome. No membership/club/etc. Just walk on in. Completely open to the public. I wish I had realized this years ago. Great selection of meats, cheeses, butters, which surprised me (including the grass-fed butter we eat a lot of). Lots of great deals ok canned goods, frozen foods, pans, sheets, knives, and consumables like paper towels, cleaning supplies, and “to-go” boxes.
