Super great experience with Nielson! Got battery replacement out of blue, no clue where to go to. My dealer never called me back. Out of 10, 6 told me can fix this. Out of that 6, 3 told me can do it within tow days. Out of that 3, nielson has best price offer which I thought I heard it wrong. But I gave it a shot, dropped the car that day. The second day I was able to pick up the car with new battery on my afternoon with a fair than ever price!

I had Great experience with Kia and Nielson auto repair. he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and didn't waste time directly hit bulls eye and found the issue. He was very clear of the part and labor price and the time it would take to change it. He diagnosed all issues with my car and went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go he cared about my wallet and hes very powerfull at diagnosis and finding issues he mentioned things that can be done to not throw away money and find direct issues as this is my work truck and needed to get to business quickly. True professionals and honest. I took my car in for an oil change. Toyota Kirkland told me that I needed major work, and I needed my engine pulled because of an oil seal leak ($3000.) I was skeptical, as they had told me things that weren't correct before. When I took my car in to Neilson's, I told them what the dealership said. He saw the leak, and he cleaned it to get a better look at it.It was the OIL SENSOR. Cost 58. and he ran over to get one, as he didn't have time to wait for delivery. Installed it for $63, and I was ready to go. I cannot say enough about this place. They have a customer in me. EXCELLENT, over the top, personal service. Honest. What more could you ask? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a living social coupon for three oil changes. This coupon was not transferable and could only be used on the same car. I had every intention of using the 3 oil changes on the same car when I purchased it. Unfortunately prior to needing the 2nd oil change my son was in a car accident and the car was totaled. I have all documents showing this and that we no longer have the car. The owner of the shop was unwilling to let me use the remaining 2 oil changes for one of the cars that I still own. I don't see how it costs him any more or makes any difference what car I have the oil change done on. I am the same person coming to his business with a car I can prove I own. He had an opportunity to earn my business and future regular price oil changes on 4 cars. But since he is unwilling to honor the coupon I paid for and create a good customer service relationship I will no longer use his business and I would suggest others think twice before they do.

I did my last full synthetic oil change in June at this place, and drove about 4000 miles. Today when I change oil at another store, I happen to see the oil come out was totally black. I changed oil for my car and my previous car several times before. I never see the oil colour could be that black, it’s not even dark brown. I recall that day, when I was waiting, I just curious what oil he put in, but the worker didn’t even allow me to watch him doing the job, but I respected that and we had a good conversation after he finished. I serious doubt if they changed the oil at all. I heard about these dirty secrets, but can’t believe people could ever do that. Bad, really bad.

I was sent by my boss to get the company truck fixed up before lunch (it had a rear blinker that wasn't working). Other shops were asking over $100 just to diagnose it, and saying it wouldn't be ready until the next day. In desperation I searched nearby mechanics, and at random chose to call Nielson; I'm glad I did. The mechanic agreed to check out my car immediately to see what was wrong, despite having a full afternoon. When I arrived, he quickly determined that it was a simple problem and changed the bulb. He then went on to change the front blinker and the backing light as well. When he finished I was braced for a hefty bill (since it was a rush job and we didn't discuss price before). To my shock, he asked for hardly more than the cost of the bulbs. He saved me a ton of hassle, and I was able to get lunch to my coworkers just in time! I intend to take my own car there whenever I can, and recommend them to anyone that will listen.

The guys at Nielson Automotive made me feel comfortable in trusting them with my car repairs. As a woman its difficult to know if your in good trusting hands when you don't know too much about car repairs and with Nielson I knew I was not being taken advantage of. I will be back here for ALL my car repairs & diagnostics!
