Do not shop here. Bought a pair of shoes hurt so bad only wore them around my house for a hour. Went to return they denied refunding me because they were worn for a hour.

Rude customer service and if you take the tag off and try to return it they won’t take it back oh yeah and if it’s on clearance and you have the receipt you can’t get your money back you have to pick something else out and there’s one girl who works there if you prove her wrong with something she will walk away to let the other girls deal with u and I am pretty sure this is the manager clothes are nice but I’m not going to shop in a store where they are disrespectful

Trendy clothes with a city attitude. Nice fabrics that keep their colors and don't pill up. Comfy jeans and great shoes. I'm 48 and still rock Guess!

always good sale or clearance there. garments are super well made and i still have some from 4 years ago. i come back because all thier stuff fits me super nicely, too.

very disappointed with guess, my purse started to fall apart after just a month. I have contacted guess customer service to see if they can help me with the return/ exchange because i did not have my receipt, no response nothing. I went to the store and same no help at all. Purse went to the trash. Won't be buying there again.

i only shop at guess for my cloths and i was unhappy with the service 2 years ago the girl that work there was awesome . Cant say the same this time i always spend over $500 there. You should try being more friendly to customer there i will NOT be shopping there just with the comment of one of the staff ''I AM NOT PEOPLES MAID '' true is you wouldn't be getting paid if customer didn't shop there
