Had an extremely bad experience at this liquor store this past weekend. We were on vacation for our engagement party and did not expect this to happen. When placing our merchandise on the counter the shop manager was already pulling the alcohol off the counter. When we asked if there was a first responder discount the employees freaked out. The shop would not even accept a passport as a form of ID because it was not a "State ID". The shop manager did not even give us a chance to speak, This was beyond ridiculous. I understand it is a law to have ID but we did have a passport. Why have a sign saying eligible for a first responder discount then become insulted and rude when asked about it. Our family has spent hundreds of dollars here and now I am extremely turned off by this experience. We will be going to Ray Liquor shortly up the road from now on.

Been buying here for a while cause I liked the environment, nice selection and they seemed to be handling the COVID regulations pretty well, but today, THE DAY AFTER ANNOUNCING FINES by cuomo for improper mask usage, I go in there and the cashier has her nose hanging out from her mask the entire time I'm there, from walking in to checking out. If these things matter to you, go elsewhere for now.
