This is definitely one of the best mechanics on the Eastside. They are constantly busy because of how in demand they are, so if there's any knock it's that you might get your work done faster somewhere else, but for the peace of mind of knowing you're being treated fairly, it's worth it to go here. Cesar is absolutely honest and forthright. He never tries to make an extra buck off you. You know they're awesome because some of the local car rental companies use C & M for their repairs. Super great experience with Nielson! Got battery replacement out of blue, no clue where to go to. My dealer never called me back. Out of 10, 6 told me can fix this. Out of that 6, 3 told me can do it within tow days. Out of that 3, nielson has best price offer which I thought I heard it wrong. But I gave it a shot, dropped the car that day.
