The worst pharmacy experience. Dropped prescriptions off at 1:30 and was told they would be ready in two hours. Went back at 6 to be told they aren’t ready and the guy was there alone and the people in line in the store were waiting. Then he hands the phone (drive thru) to someone else (guess he wasn’t alone!) who proceeded to scream at me and tell me the longer I sat there complaining, the longer it would take them to fill! Both were rude and obnoxious. Hire more staff if it takes you 5 hours to fill a simple Rx.

WORST CVS EVER!!! if I could give it zero stars I would. Pharmacist is rude & takes all day to fill a prescription & don't try to call to check if it's ready, nobody answered the phone & after holding for 10 minutes the call goes to a mail box that is full 😡🤬

I spoke to a pharmacist about the price of a Freestyle Libre sensor. It’s 10 dollars at Publix. And 36 bucks at cvs . This guy was as RUDE and uncaring as anyone I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. I just started using them because I thought they were good. Any my insurance and copays spend thousands of dollars a year for pharmacy. I just started using this cvs a week ago , and found the RUDEST, Egotistical Jackhole ever. So I’m switching my business to WALGREENS. Thank you for nothing but RUDENESS CVS.

This review is based on my recent experiences w/the pharmacy. This branch needs more pharmacy techs+ workers. I went to drive thru to pick up meds for my son + I, who are sick as a dog w/Covid+ we really are supposed to be quarantining. I had called ahead+ was told everything would be ready by 2:30. We got there close to 3:30+the guy tells me that he is working alone + hasn't gotten to it yet + I need to come back.Hire more people!! Whenever you call the pharmacy, get a darn answering machine where you have to leave a message

I had an issue filling my prescriptions elsewhere when they were needed immediately to be filled. The pharmacist here at this location named Phil really assisted me in filling my prescriptions quickly even though he was really busy and already had a lot to do.

7/15/22 manager was taking up the make-up line, let her know that I was behind her and she was extremely rude with her "okay, okay " and rolling her eyes. Put my stuff back and left. I rather pay more somewhere else than shop there.

This is the worst CVS ever. They never have anything in stock, empty shelves in the medicine aisle always. The employees are rude and not helpful or knowledgeable in the least. OTC Medicines, if there are any in stock, are messy and unorganized and you don’t know what is actually on sale or marked down. This CVS is right by my house, but I would rather drive to one further away to actually find what I’m looking for and get better customer service.

Wickham rd is AWESOME!!!!! he's a doctor, unlike habeeb at the cvs at corner of Wickham n Pineda, habeeb is NOT a doctor in pharmacology. Dr Spencer IS!!!!! Seriously people, ONLY go t Dr. Spencer cuz he's sooo cool n awesome n quick!!! He's my new favorite pharmacist, nim bringing allll my meds t Dr. Spencer n so is my sister and mother because of how AWESOME N COOL Dr. Spencer is. Fr real only go t Dr. Spencer, 3050 n.Wickham rd. To begin, they allow people to wait in the drive-through line for their prescriptions that are being filled. I know this for sure because I waited 15 minutes for one person ahead of me. Second the only good thing about them is their customer service is second to none in the front.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THE PHARMACY! DO NOT GO HERE!! Never answer their phones after 1 hour waiting. Went in twice for my one year old to get medication for her and was told that she’s no more important than the rest of the prescriptions they need to fill. I asked them to make a special circumstance request since they closed in a couple of hours and the pharmacist named Wildy threatened me and refused to fill my daughters prescriptions all while throwing around pills in the back making banging noises and huffing under his breath. Seriously don’t go here for your pharmaceutical needs!
