I like Nana’s House Thrift Cottage because they have a variety of people who give generously! I can always find something every time I go. They always love donations and it gives me a reason to clean out a cupboard to donate to them, and the Children WIN!!!!

Great prices and quality treasures to find! I really appreciate how organized the store is and that it is not cluttered. The ladies that work there are always friendly! Most importantly, the profits are truly going to help children.

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THIS STRORE!!! I hate leaving a bad review but in this case I feel people should know about our experience. I had some items I wanted to donate (i.e. household and clothing in excellent condition). My son offered to drop them off at Nana's Thrift Store during the week when he got out of work. He was turned away and told they only accept donations until 2pm, it was past that hour. In the meantime, I called the store just to make sure we knew what days and exact hours donations are accepted. I got an answering machine and left my call back number but no one returned my call. So, my son made a second attempt on a Saturday afternoon before 2pm. Once again he was turned away by "Cheryl" who said they were not accepting ANY donations because she was the only person working and could not receive donations at the side door. He offered to carry the bags of items into the store but was still turned away. No only was it a waste of time but a waste of gas as we live across town. I called the store and spoke to Cheryl. I suggested they leave an outgoing phone message to let people know they are not taking donations. She simply didn't care! My family will not be supporting this store in the future.

This is an awesome thrift store! Great deals and supports an amazing cause. Every time I have gone here the volunteers are very nice with amazing customer service, it smells good, super organized and nothing is ever over priced! This is my go to place now, so I will definitely be back!

I love coming to this place whenever I get a chance. I enjoy how it is set up. I always find some worth picking up. But if you see it and think you like it, you had better buy it or someone else will. Go here, you will enjoy it!

I love supporting a quality thrift shop: one that does good for the community, is filled with kind volunteers, and is well-stocked with gently used items. Nana’s House Thrift is all three! 💗 I love shopping for little treasures here as well as donating my own goods. I love their mission and their love for the children in crisis—I’m happy to support them!

Was there this weekend looking for a rollator, they did have one but the price was $50 , another thrift store I had been to was asking$30 for one but unfortunately I didn't buy it at the time. the one I gave away before moving from Ohio to help my dad cost $20The one I bought at Nana's didn't have a basket or other attachment like most do the young girl treated me like I was stupid saying there was none because it collapse which of course I knew and sending her back to lower the price didn't work, every time I go to this store I feel like I'm rudely treated and would not even stopped there but I'd already been to 5 thrift stores and three yard sale looking for one. I don't think will be back again to shop there

Not once but 4 times, we picked up items and was told it was not the right price… they would jack the price up every time … I tried to shop here many times,, it’s good stuff, and I realize it’s for a benefit, but don’t call it a thrift store. If you’re not looking for affordability and you can afford to donate and play nice with all the hypocrites , have fun ‼️

Nana's House is a refreshing thrift store - clean, quiet and NOT cramped. It offers a little bit of everything at reasonable prices and all for a wonderful cause. Definitely a place for thrift store junkies to visit again and again!
