Very pricy spent about 450.00 in newborn blankets and newborn clothing basically sleepers. Staff was very friendly and very eager to help and knowledgeable.

Found a really cute sports bra bathing suit top! Now I know to come here for bathing suit tops! My only problem was that they dint have my size in the bottoms for it. I couldn't let the top though, so I bought it. I found a different bottom and I think it looks better then the original. Could have been because it was a sale. But it didn't kill me so all good, no hard feelings!

Went to Dillard's to purchase clothing, we had a return with us that was 3 Days past the return time, the clerk called the so called manager to see if he would grant the return. The manager said no he would not. So we left approximately $300.00 worth of new purchases over a $20.00 return. This manager is brilliant!! at that point we went to Macy's. Great job manager keep up the great customer service.

Good store, helpful employees, quality products. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the prices. It’s a little on the steep side, but that’s to be expected. All in all it’s probably the best place this mall has to offer.

I just wanted to acknowledge Donna M., Selling Bus Mgr in the Clinique make up department. I have not bought makeup in a very long time and have an important event to attend and wanted to get some advice on what to purchase. I was a little intimated by this task but Donna took the time to go over multiple products, apply them and advise on how to use properly in a kind, patient and humorous way, she was knowledgeable and wonderful and I thank her, Clinique and Dillards (Great Store) and she has now made this event easier for me to face. (no pun intended).

Me and my friends went to Dillards to look for homecoming dresses and while we were looking 2 of my friends (who are both people of color) went to the makeup section to pass the time. While they were in the makeup section swatching different kinds of makeup a worker turns to a security guard and tells her to keep an eye on my friends in a sense that she thinks they’re stealing, she says this in front of my friends. So my friends leave the makeup department and the woman proceeded to follow around my friends with the security guard despite not seeing them steal anything. They did not in fact steal anything and I can guarantee that this would not have happed if they were white. I am absolutely appalled that this happened and I will not be coming back in the future if this is how Dillards treats its customers.

We just had the best experience at the Dillard's Men's Department and wanted to share. We were looking for a modern dress shirt with a good fit for my husband (who is in his 60s but looks younger, and is in good shape) for an upcoming wedding. As Floridians our normal style is very casual and a dress shirt hasn't been needed for quite awhile. Carlos in the Men's Department was SO helpful! He knew the brands and fits and also intuited exactly what I was looking for for my husband. We received such wonderful service, it reminded me of days gone by when men's stores catered to each customer as if they were their best customer. Thank you Carlos!

Great place to get some dress shoes, I have wide feet so almost everything hurt my feet, I got a pair of dress shoes from here, when I say soft like butter and comfortable leather shoes, love it.

Need something a little high end, high quality-- Dillard's is the place to get it. Gifts are especially nice from Dillard's. Don't forget to gift yourself! Women's, Men's, children's clothing. I love their shoe selections. Quality housewares, to boot!
