Without a doubt, the worst Macy’s I’ve ever been in. I’ve been shopping at Macy’s for decades but they are failing fast. Their selection looked more like Sears before they closed their stores. Low quality merchandise and pitiful selection. Apparently, they are trying to drive people to online shopping. I really have no idea how this store even keeps the doors open. Will not waste my time going back.

I wish they had more bathing suits. You would think that in Flordia they would have a big variety, but not. They did however have these bikinis that were as small as my hand. I found that funny cause they would never be something I would wear. The rest was great. It was clean, like so clean you could see your reflection in almost everything. They had a good jewelry amount. And fun colors of clothing.

One of the worst Macy’s I’ve ever been to. They has subpar products. The selection is atrocious. Most macys has a ton of Levi jeans, but there was about 15-30 pairs of them total here. Men’s dress clothes are either lower quality products or they buy the rejected products now. I bought the same pack of shirts from both here and Dillard’s but they were completely different. The ones from dillard’s were way better quality. I mean, you could really really tell the difference. That shouldn’t be the case.

Lots great sales but not the styles they used to have. I noticed a lot of department stores are going wirh the new generation styles , which is understandable but forgetting about the little older generation who made that store popular.

It's back to school season, but things were really in a state of disarry. I know it's a lot to try to keep up with, but there were go back carts stashed everywhere and those along with the clearance racks were just overwhelming when trying to look at merchandise. The junior's section had so very little which probably isn't the store but supply chain, but it left much to be desired. Associates were still super kind and accommodating.

I was hoping to get an email review but this works too. Back in June I had an issue with my sandals breaking while in the mall. I went straight to Macy's to see what they could do. I was out of warranty but I had only had my shoes since the holidays and they had minimal wear on them. I saw Ellen and she was extremely kind to me and called her manager Taya for assistance. Taya was able to get me a gift certificate so I could get a new pair. Once I received it I went straight back to the store today and I was able to get a replacement. Nazli helped me and she was so kind. She was able to help me find the best fit for me. Please give these ladies the recognition they deserve. You have great employees so please take care of them. I will be back for more shopping soon.

Very unpleasant experience dealing with Macy's online return. I would rate negative ten if I could. During online purchase Macy's star moneys were used. After returning all the items purchased, the star money used in that transaction were charged to the account. I would expect zero balance after returning all purchased items, but not, Macys charge me for the star money used during transaction. At the same time, same amount of star money was deposited to my gift card. So, at the end of the day, I lost my star money and forced to shop in Macy's using my money deposited to gift card without my permission. Big time scam! Didn't expect that to happen shopping in Macy's! Very disappointed!

My recent experience was disappointing. Displays are not attractive. Finding what your shopping for is difficult. No one around to help. I found some good sales but shopping isn't fun anymore. I miss the Macy's in Vero I used to shop there lots.

A nice anchor store in Melbourne Square mall This is one of the Melbourne Square mall's anchor stores located on the East end of the mall. It is a single-story building with 3 external entrances and one mall entrance. Like most major department stores it has several departments surrounding the makeup and jewelry department section in the center of the store. Various departments include men’s, women’s, children’s, bedding, bath, shoes, etc. The floors are white marble and sections have carpeting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for jewelry on this particular visit. The prices are a bit high but the quality is good and the staff was extremely nice about helping us look through the various options. We ended up buying some makeup and using a gift card that we had found years ago. It still had money on it so make sure you don’t just discard them if you find one. The overall condition of the store was clean but the design was dated but is understandable due to opening in 2003. The store was open an hour before the mall so we visited this store and then continued our shopping adventure into the mall. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit thanks to the staff that helped us look for jewelry and makeup.
