We just had the best experience at the Dillard's Men's Department and wanted to share. We were looking for a modern dress shirt with a good fit for my husband (who is in his 60s but looks younger, and is in good shape) for an upcoming wedding. As Floridians our normal style is very casual and a dress shirt hasn't been needed for quite awhile. Carlos in the Men's Department was SO helpful! He knew the brands and fits and also intuited exactly what I was looking for for my husband. This is gonna be kinda a long post but I bought a snap on impact off of there ebay store and long story short usps lost the package for about two months and ended up showing back up to them and they reshipped it for free would highly recommend these guys for anything very helpful and communication was perfect I would give them 100 stars out of five went above and beyond what they had to! ~tanner

Since the ownership of this location changed over 8 months ago so has the shopping experience and everything about the store as well. Customer service is excellent personable and professional. When I was looking for a particular product I was having difficulty finding, the manager offered to order it for me and was in stock within 2 days. However this store boast a large and wide variety of products, including some pleasantly surprising finds. This BP has become my go-to gas station and convenience store.
