Total of 4 bankers only ONE was with someone but they are all booked so we are forced to come back another day ? No one was waiting in the branch it was a ghost town . I guess ill just take the business somewhere else

I started banking with Wachovia about 25 years ago and have banked with the Wells Fargo branch at the mall since it opened. I mostly use the drive through which I normally use once per week. In all these years I have never had a bad experience with anyones service or attitude. I have always been treated as a respected customer.

We have been banking with Wells Fargo for the last few years and I am extremely happy with everything that they offer. Their bankers have helped us tremendously to look at our finances and showed us the best way to consolidate our debt to be able to pay it off in a timely manner. We recently opened up a new small business account and have been very satisfied with what they offer. Last week we had an issue with a fraudulent experience on our business account and we went into the branch and were taken care of the banker assigned to us, Sarah. She helped process a claim against the company that had taken a large sum out of our account and assured us that Wells Fargo would thoroughly investigate the charge and their team would have an answer for us within 10 business days. Although this was a very stressful experience for us to go through as a new business just starting out, we were reassured by Sarah that Wells Fargo was on our side! The issue has been resolved within the time frame and we are very satisfied with the protection that Wells Fargo provides.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years and a Wachovia customer before that. Today was the first time I experienced unsatisfactory service. Normally the service is outstanding. Improvement is needed.

I'm a local business owner in the area and have been making deposits at the drive thru Almost daily. Many times I have 6 to 8 deposits, I understand it takes time. More times then not I'm the first one their and last one to leave. This Saturday I had 2 deposits and was the only one their for 5 minutes before someone else pulled in. Low and behold they left before me. I went inside furious to get my military ID and deposit slips as well as to speak to the bank manager who was unavailable. The young Hispanic gentleman at the drive thru blatantly made me wait. I could hear him and the other gentleman talking. It seems to me they don't like having to deposit my money everyday, it's like their jealous or something. I've never ever had an issue with Wells Fargo beachside off Eau Gallie, their quick and friendly, Always. I cringe when I have to come to this branch. All that said their is several females who work the drive thru that are amazing...night and day between them and the guys. I will try my best to never come to that branch again. I'm sure the drive thru tellers will be happy to hear that. Horrible service at drive thru 50% of the time. Business Owner, IHB, FL

Piss poor service. The tellers here are very rude. I should have left when the older woman next to me waiting could not get any help for 30 minutes. She was furious because the tellers would not listen to her requests. She eventually got help from a relationship banker, but she left mad and upset still. These people are not nice, just waiting for my turn and watching so many people upset, I should have left. The managers were useless too. Their names were Brad and Matthew. They need to be replaced with people who can actually do their job right. I will never go here again.
