Drive thru.. is Ridiculous if you are strapped for time do not go to this branch. Rude teller pushed call button and she came on and said she was finishing up with someone. Then I watched her take care of 6 other people and their cars drive away. Pushed call button again and she said how can I help you I said I just have a quick question while I was asking her my question noticed she had jumped over to the car next to me that pulled up 2 cars after me in a separate line. Pushed call button again and said not sure if you forgot about us or what? She said no I’m just finishing up with someone, I proceeded to ask her my question and she cut me off and said I’ll be with you in a second. Watched two more cars drive off with her on their screen. She was very short and rude with me when I asked her if a teller check costs any money she kept rudely asking me if I was a member after I already told her yes plus I already sent my member car and filled out a withdraw slip and she said she got it. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Then I needed assistance with connecting my other checking account because my SCCU account wouldn’t allow me to send money out but I was able to send money to my SCCU account from my other checking account. She transferred me to a gentleman and he was clueless as to what I needed and said he couldn’t do anything because he doesn’t have access to my other checking account. I advised him it was a problem with sccu not my other account as I’m able to send money from my account. These people just love to waste your time …45 minutes I waited.. also the original teller never made out my teller check 45 minutes and I still haven’t gotten my check. They kept going round and round about the other checking out. I ended up just calling my other bank and they had it fixed less than three minutes later. Sad sad.

You're better off with a corporate bank, atleast from the experiences I've had with this specific branch. They will skim cash straight off the top of your deposits and back the employee up who did so. Atleast corporations call them fees ans post them to your account. They will also snatch your significant others debit card out of your hand (whilst having permission, pin access, and matching mailing addresses) citing my name isn't on the card, as if the woman's whom snatched it from me was. I've also watched their lady working the window from inside the building on numerous occasions totally confuse the lanes transactions and return incorrect items to lanes. Good luck with this clown show.

Worst branch in the entire bank. Waited forever in line. Drive thru is always packed. Understaffed? Won't come back. Wasted many lunch breaks waiting in line. Can't do it anymore. If you are on a time crunch, do NOT come to this branch.

We were taking care by Sara who ran the extra mile providing excellent customer service and support explaining and guiding us step by step, I believe strongly she deserve recognition for doing a good job, shewas very kind and inform us about everything. I always go through the drive through at SCCU. The new location at lake Washington is my favorite 🤩 This is going to sound a little child like but I love ❤️ when I get my deposit 💵 receipt with a little smiley sticker on it. Makes my day 😊

Based on 25+ years of banking, this is the absolute WORSE BANK I've ever dealt with. Today I go through the drive-through to ask for my account details so I can enroll in online banking for a can loan that was signed 2-1/2 years ago. The teller kept interrupting me, then gives me the info for a savings acct that I closed, then tells me I can't enroll in online banking because I never signed the car loan Terms & Conditions. Complete non-sense. How can I have a loan for 2-1/2 years without signing T&C? The level of stupidity is through the roof at this bank. Robot-like people and zero common sense. Needless to say I am closing that loan ASAP.

SCCU is pretty great in a lot of way but I could go on and on about how poorly run and staffed this branch is. For one instance incompetence, in March, 2020, I was at work on the clock and a deposit was made into my account by a third party who was able to verify my name and DOB, and was subsequently issued a RECEIPT with my current account balance, full name and last 4 digits of my account number on it. Just handing out my information to anyone who strolls in? Lovely.Financial Watchdog indeed. What other ways are they compromising my(and your) sensitive information I wonder? The teller obviously needs to be retrained. Every other branch I've been to has be overly courteous and helpful.It's so unfortunate this is the closest branch to the area I live and work in.

Horrible place never enough people to serve and you have to go online to open an account doesnt make sense. It is a new but inside very ulgy looking and not inviting. One of the most important things for a bank is to open accounts why would you not have a way to open account in the branch. Lol or she didnt feel like doing it that day. Omg, this place is always busy I dont know why. They are always understaffed. Maybe because they are one of the only free accounts places left.

I’ve had to go through the process of selling my deceased father’s house (with Wells Fargo holding mortgage) and it’s been a nightmare every step. Today I needed the closing documents signed and notarized and Miranda helped me without any issues super fast. Best of all notary services are free for members! Miranda was really nice! Thank you
