What is the deal!?! All the stalls are lit up, but the minute you push the button to order you get someone telling you to go through drive thru to order. Ok, so we pull around and they state they will be right with us. Fifteen minutes later still nothing. Funny thing is you can walk out to give food to the delivery companies to deliver for you. But you can't bring food out to customers that are actually coming to your establishment. This was our second chance ditch effort and we will never be back! Especially since they didn't care enough to resolve the first issue we had a few months ago.

Slushy had very little fruit, or even flavor. When I opened lid I saw only ice. With a small swirl of strawberry. The app is down. You can't order 1/2 price drink except 2-5. You can't get the rewards or specials.

I grew up in both the North and the South and Sonic is hard to come by up north and we love Sonic specially the Cherry limeades you always get more than what you pay for and food is always good especially for fast food

Food was good. Couldn't be bothered to walk the food out so they closed the stalls. The stalls are sonics whole gig.

The kiosks were closed so we had to use the drive-thru. The kids enjoyed the unique experience because we don't have anything like that at home. The food was good & the milkshakes were even better. The staff was not real friendly but everyone has a bad day at times.

I was at this Sonic today and experienced poor management and customer service skills by the manager on duty. I ordered a meal with a large Dr Pepper. The cup was full of ice and very little Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window to ask if they could add some Dr Pepper to the ice so I could wash my food down. The manager came out to say “they don’t do refills” lol. She said they are instructed to fill cups up high with ice. When asked how high the are supposed to fill the cups, she stated that she did not fill my cup. Her attitude was disrespectful and rude. Customer service is very poor and I would not recommend this Sonic until changes are made to their customer service.

They have the best peanut butter blasts. The food is good as well. I miss the lemon berry slush though 😩 I really wish they would bring it back. They do get pretty busy, also. But, staff does their best to get you through, in a timely manner. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid friendly menu Parking: It is a drive in, with a drive thru, as well Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that wraps around Sonic, has wheelchair access.

The workers are nice but this is literally the slowest Sonic I have ever been to and I’ve lived all over the U.S. Maybe they are understaffed? You can never pull up and order either, it’s always only drive thru. Also the opening hours of 9AM are really not conducive to people grabbing breakfast before work. They should be open by at least 7 in my opinion. Sonic needs to do better at this location.

Great food & great drive-thru service! Courteous, quick & accurate! Definitely better than their Silvis, Illinois location! [Nothing missing.] Portion sizes could stand to be a bit bigger. The Grilled Cheese Double Burger is smaller than I expected.

We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and then another 20 minutes after ordering (for 2 drinks and a couple food items). The worker was sweet, but the wait time is not worth it.
